Welcome to Relais Chapelle!<br><br>Set in the idyllic setting of a large, tree-lined garden, our charming 18th-century-style estate is located in the heart of a small village nestled next to the Forest of Fontainebleau.<br><br>Rock climbing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, tennis, golf, canoeing, and of course rock climbing are among the sports activities available in the area!<br>Accommodations<br>A haven of peace—you’ll enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep! Our bedding is new and high-quality.<br><br>The estate consists of several outbuildings. You’ll have access to 8–10 bedrooms that can accommodate between 22 and 28 people (details upon request).<br><br>EVENTS<br>We’re delighted to host events, but to ensure our neighbors’ peace and quiet, no noise disturbances are permitted outside the property after 10 p.m.<br><br>ON-SITE<br>Garden, vegetable garden, chickens, pool, hot tub, badminton, ping-pong, Molkki, slackline (kids’ course), swings, hammock, board games, and TV.<br><br>THE GARDEN<br>Comprising several areas, you can take a stroll, jump on a large trampoline, or relax in hammocks or on a paved terrace in the cool shade under the trees.<br><br>DINING<br>We can accommodate up to 28 people on-site.<br>We can seat up to 20 people together at a single table, either indoors or outdoors if the weather is nice! For groups larger than 20, we’ll need to split you across 2 or 3 tables or switch to a cocktail-style setup. We can connect you with a great local caterer.<br>Available: fully equipped kitchen + outdoor gas grill.<br><br>SWIMMING POOL<br>We have a large saltwater swimming pool and a beautiful terrace.<br>We heat the pool to 25–27 degrees from May through September. But it remains accessible (though a bit chilly) the rest of the year for the brave.<br><br>HOUSEKEEPING<br>For long stays, housekeeping is included every 3 days with a change of linens.<br><br>CHECK-IN: Between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM<br><br>CHECK-OUT: 10:00 AM for the rooms. However, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the grounds until 12:00 PM—you’ll have access to a shower and towels by the pool.<br><br>If you need additional services or advice, please don’t hesitate to let us know.<br>Guest access<br>1 hour from Paris via the A6.<br>15-minute drive: the towns of Fontainebleau and Nemours.<br>2-minute walk: bakery, pharmacy, café, restaurants, bank, florist, supermarket, and the village library. A large supermarket is a 2-minute drive away.<br>Free public parking in front of the house.<br><br>You’ll be close to the Château de Fontainebleau, Barbizon, and Grez-sur-Loing—home to the Impressionist painters—as well as Milly-la-Forêt and Moret-sur-Loing with their medieval heritage, Bourron-Marlotte, the Grand Parquet, and the Fontainebleau golf course.<br>You can also visit the Château de Courances, 25 minutes away, and the famous Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte.<br>Additional Notes<br>PETS<br>We have a beautiful Golden Retriever named “Tao” who is very friendly. If this is a concern, he can be kept on a leash. However, to avoid any issues, we do not allow additional pets. Sorry:(<br><br>BABY<br>A portable cot can be added if needed. Please let us know in advance.<br><br>CARETAKERS<br>The owner and our caretaker couple live on the property, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure your complete comfort during your stay.<br><br>PARKING<br>Large public car park right in front of the house—very convenient!<br><br>BREAKFAST<br
