Quiet, charming and relaxing, welcome to the hamlet of La Plane located in one of the most beautiful valleys in the region.

Nestled in the heart of this locality of about twenty inhabitants, the house has a surface area of approximately 82 m² that can accommodate 5 people.

Everything for a soothing stay between the Chaîne des Puys and the green landscapes of the Sancy!

Enter through a pleasant little glass roof and access the ground floor of the house to discover:
- a living room dominated by a beautiful fireplace typical of the region, as well as a small television area.
- the kitchen, including everything you need to cook during your stay (oven, microwave, fridge, etc.)
- a toilet
- The door, next to the stairs, gives access to the basement where you can store bicycles and use a washing machine during your stay.
On the 1st floor:
- bedroom n°1 with 1 bed of 140
- bedroom n° 2 with 2 beds of 90
- bedroom n°3 with a 90 cm bed
- a bathroom with shower and sink
- a toilet

During the sunny days, you can enjoy the small adjoining courtyard in front of the cottage. Note that the house is adjoining a garage used by the owners.

Electric heating is to be paid on site, according to your consumption beyond the 8kwh/day package included.

The nearest shops and services are located in Rochefort-Montagne (about 5km). The spa resort of La Bourboule is 17km away (nearest swimming pool). Also nearby: the Basilica of Orcival and the Château de Cordès.
