This luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a king bed in the primary suite, a twin over queen bunk bed in the guest bedroom. It is a brand new condo in a brand new complex offering high end finishes throughout. Feel right at home with private in-unit laundry, a fully stocked kitchen, and radiant floor heating across the unit. Located on Main Street in Frisco, meaning everything the town has to offer is just a short walk from your front door plus offers convenient access to nearby ski areas in Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge.

The living area consists of an open concept with the dining area and kitchen all flowing together nicely with radiant floor heating throughout. It features ample seating, a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. Just off the living area is the private deck which offers outdoor seating and beautiful views of Mount Royal and Frisco Main Street.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features modern stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The guest bedroom offers a twin over queen size bunk bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, and ample closet space. The guest bathroom features both a guest entrance and a separate private entrance from the guest bedroom, as well as granite countertops, a single sink vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV and ample closet space as well. The en suite bathroom has granite countertops, a double sink and vanity plus another walk-in shower.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement, to rent this unit the paying guest must be at least 24 years of age or older.

Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays.
