Come and recharge your batteries at the chalet El Can't Dels Ocells, quiet, in the middle of nature at the foot of Mount Canigou!
In the town of Fillols between the sea and the mountains, at an altitude of 800m, at the bottom of the path leading to the Pic du Canigou, you will be 5 minutes by car from the spa resort of Vernet les Bains, 10 minutes from the medieval city of Villefranche de Conflent, 15 minutes from Prades and its festivals, 45 minutes from the ski slopes (Font Romeu, Les Angles .. ) and Perpignan capital of the department and 1 hour from the beaches (Canet, Saint Cyprien .. ).
3-star timber frame house of 130 m2 on 2 levels, opening onto a wooden terrace on stilts of 50 m2 facing the forest and the fields; it consists on the ground floor of a living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with cupboard and bed in 160/200 cm, one of which opens onto the terrace, a bathroom with shower and bath, washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet.
Upstairs you will find a dormitory with 6 single beds 90/200 cm, a bathroom with toilet and a play area with table football. Free loan of baby equipment (cot and high chair) for children under 3 years old.
The wooden terrace with garden furniture and plancha overlooks the garden with petanque court.
A private cellar in the basement will allow you to store your bikes, skis etc.
Rental by the weekend (minimum 2 nights) and by the week.
You will be welcomed by Olivier and Gervaise, residents nearby, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., for a departure between 7 a.m. and 12 p.m., they will also be able to offer you a delivery of typical Catalan meals cooked by them (boles de picoulat, paella, ouillade ..). Welcome gift on your arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning, and bed linen and towels included.
Early arrival and later departure possible depending on the calendar and priced 30 euros per service.
The peace and quiet of the place will undoubtedly make you spend an excellent holiday :)
