Surprise surprise
Très bel emplacement. Surprise en entrant dans l'appart une odeur nauséabonde se dégagée de la petite salle de bain et le ménage n'été pas fait il était donc sale! Un foutoir dans tous les placards bref pas génial comme accueil. Deux chambres minuscules dont une sans fenêtre. Porte fenêtre du salon ne pouvant s'ouvrir qu'à moitié à cause de l'emplacement du canapé .Apres avoir fait constater par la conciergerie l'état des lieux la propriétaire s'est excuser et nous a offert pour moi et ma compagne 2 entrées au SPA pour 2 heures que nous avons accepté avec nos remerciements.

Merci monsieur d avoir accepté mes excuses en allant aux thermes avec votre compagne et en vous étant montré aussi compréhensif. Je tiens à cependant a corriger certaines petites choses qui montrent votre grande gentillesse et compréhension. N habitant pas sur place je n ai pas pu vérifier par moi même l état de l appartement mais le mot puanteur est peut être un peu exagéré. De plus il n y a pas 2 mais trois chambres avec toutes les photos dans le descriptif. Depuis 20 ans que nous le louons vous êtes le premier à vous en plaindre. Enfin il y a 2 grandes baies vitrées donnant sur un balcon. Vous aviez largement la possibilité d y accéder. Et pour terminer la satisfaction de nos locataires étant notre priorité vous n aviez qu a m informer du pb a votre arrivée et nous aurions fait le nécessaire au plus vite. En espérant cependant que vous avez passé de bonnes vacances.
