Beautiful home in Sydals with kitchen
The nature of the small peninsula of Kegnæs is unique and offers fantastic experiences. On Als, the water is never far away. Als also offers beautiful, child-friendly bathing beaches and very good opportunities for anglers and windsurfers. Als has among other things two 18-hole golf courses, the adventure park Universe and a go-kart track where the whole family can race. Sønderborg has a very cozy town center and a charming harbor promenade with many small specialty stores offering a selection of interesting goods. The advance payment for the operating costs and the final cleaning are paid in cash in the house together with the other consumption costs.
