Interesting property

Right on Eagle Mountain Lake. No stove but a hot plate. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Property could use a good cleaning and a few repair issues. Due to the access this property would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely Spot

We had a very nice time. Our host was so prompt with replying to questions. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five for cleanliness is because the porch had lots of spider webs and the table was dirty. Other than that, this place is GREAT!

We stayed at The Cottage after going to the Cotton Bowl game. Raissa was the best hostess and even had the sofa bed made up for us when we came in. 10/10 🙂

Weekend Away

Had a wonderful time up at this quaint little cabin. Wanted a quiet place on the water to relax for a weekend away and this was absolutely perfect. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. There was a small issue during booking (on VRBOs end) but the owner took care of it promptly. Overall, a great experience and I plan on coming to visit again!

Very clean and quiet. We had a relaxing day, fished a little but mostly just sat on porch with a beer. Neighbor was very nice, he walked over and offered to let us fish on his property if we wanted. Owner was very nice and responds quickly to questions. Beautiful property.

Great property, very clean and nice area

Property is clean and in a relatively quiet area. Well decorated and very clean. Owner was nice and very communicative. I recommend that you are accurate when you book regarding the number of people in your party. I was not, and as a result incurred additional fees for extra guests. I assumed that since the property slept 4, the rate quoted would include up to 3 additional guests. Overall it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely visit again!

Not very many homes in our area can boast having an additional private cottage on their property. Due to the multigenerational layout to our home, the Cottage is our little diamond that allows us to host family, friends and guests whenever we'd like!
