This home and host was by far one of the best places that our ladies group has ever stayed at. Everything exceeded our expectations from the cleanliness, amenities, well stocked, beautiful decor, super comfortable beds and sheets, and lots of space and comfortable furniture to relax on. The walk to the ocean is super easy almost anybody could do it and we found the beach to be just pristine and not crowded. We can’t say enough about what a great time we had the host went above and beyond with little extra treats and amenities for us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Easy access to beachWagon located in garage with everything available that you would need to take to the beach, i.e. coolers toys, blankets chairsGreat area for the kids to hang out my granddaughter learned how to play ping-pong great arcade games in basketball hoop along with pool table. Everything is well labeled with instructions to find things. Just read the instructions TV. You do need some sort of your own sign in whether that’s prime or Hulu to access.

We were impressed by how well the house was stocked. It was nice to have things like laundry detergent and coffee. Beach access was easy. Instructions for things were well written. Labels in the kitchen made it easy to figure out where things were.Also, there weren't excessive things to do when leaving and the rules were all very reasonable.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. There were so many activities to do in the house between swimming, ping pong, pool, games, and of course the beach! Would highly recommend.

This place is amazing! They have provided for every need. The home is beautiful, the beach is easy to reach and wonderful, and the location is perfect. We made s’mores in the firepit, cooked in the wonderful kitchen, enjoyed the great pool and hot tub, and loved the amenities. What fabulous showers! Recommend most highly!

This home is truly a little slice of paradise. It’s absolutely beautiful, and you can tell a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable. I would recommend thoroughly reading both the listing and the rental agreement before your stay so you’re familiar with all of the house rules, which helps make for a smooth, stress-free trip.The beach is just a short, easy walk away, and the amenities were some of the best we’ve experienced in a vacation rental. The kitchen was the perfect gathering place for our family, and we loved cooking the fresh crab we caught on our charter. The layout of the home was great, especially the master bedroom being separated from the other bedrooms for added privacy.The pool and spa were fantastic, and we really appreciated the extras like the cooler and beach chairs. Those little touches meant we didn’t have to pack as much and made our stay even more enjoyable.The only downside to our experience was the communication with Alice. When I called after our arrival with a question, I felt like I was inconveniencing her. The interaction came across as dismissive and left me feeling belittled, which was disappointing given how wonderful everything else about the property was.That said, the home itself is exceptional, and we made some incredible memories here. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-equipped place to stay near the beach, I would absolutely recommend this property.

Truly sorry for giving a guest any type of negative interaction because we do value all our guests. Strive for alway creating a geniune positive experience for our guests. I was quite ill at the time after being in ER that morning when this guest's checkin occured and chose to take this guest's call in that condition when I should have messaged them instead.

Excellent Vacation Getaway

Not only was the property manager the friendliest greeting and showing us around, but house was clean and more than fully equipped/stocked. It is the perfect spot for an adults get away or with all of the kids. We will definitely be back!

Lovely stay

This property is gorgeous! We had a wonderful time. Even in rainy, cold weather-it’s easy to stay entertained in the house with its many amenities. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed the stay at the house. Ages 9 through 70. House was clean and accommodated our entire family. A short walk down to the beach was well used by our family.
