Public Transportation from Taoyuan airport. You can take any bus or subway to Taipei main station. And take one stop subway from Taipei main station to Ximen station and use Exit No. 1 The Red House exit. Walk straight on ChengDo road pass two traffic lights you will see KunMing road make left and find No. 109 KunMing street and wait in the lobby.
Taxi I can arrange for you discount 2 people for NT 800. Usually it cost you NT 1300. Diver is my friend you need to request phone number from me. It takes one hour to get to my place.
