Flyers find! Conveniently located near MSP airport (12min), located off Hwy 77 and 62. Be be the first to book our new listing! Designer selected, comfortable, 500 thread count sheets, pillows, linens, etc. Contactless experience. Sanitized professionally every time. Equipped with technology such as keypad entry, fast Wifi internet with a dedicated space to work, Wifi thermostat and a brand new flat screen TV.

The space
Designer selected furniture made with the guest in mind with the intention to stay awhile! With two professionals in the housing industry (designer and real estate broker), we know what you, the guest, wants! We have thought of every detail and pride ourselves in a quality rental experience! Stay with us in one of our many rental properties in the metro area.

If booking with a furry friend (pet) please note, there is a $1,000 refundable pet damage deposit per booking. Up to 2, well behaved, potty trained dogs. We love cats but we can't host them!

Great spot, right next to MSP

We had a great stay at this home. We worked for two weeks at MSP, and the owners were very easy to work with. The home was very clean and tidy.

Relaxing place to rest during a stressful time.

We came to Minnesota for my son to go through a two week intensive neurology treatment and booked this house. Katie was fantastic about communication through the whole process, the house was super clean and cozy and everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the backyard. Would rent again!

Fantastic!

The property is spotless, the host was prompt with communication, the neighborhood is safe, set back from the business, but literally minutes from MSP, MOA and many other things we were doing. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Cozy, Clean, Great Location in S. Minneapolis

Small updated home that still maintained some of its original charm. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds easily sleeps 6-8 people. Nice neighborhood and parks to walk in. Short walk to stores and restaurants. Excellent communication with host before, during and after. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when the need arrises.

She had a smell of mildew though out her whole house upstairs and downstairs she took my deposit for 1000 dollars for my dogs she said she will give it back once we check out as long as there’s not damages there was no damages and she did not give back the deposit

Nice, homey stay

We had a pleasant stay at this well located home. Katie was very good about communicating and making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. It was a good location, and although close to the airport, not too noisy. Our boys loved the novelty of the basement since they are uncommon where we're from. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
