The property is in a gated community. The house sleeps 17. There are 5 bedrooms with a mix of Queen and King beds and a bunk room that sleeps 7. There are 5 bathrooms, two living rooms, two Master Suites and two decks. We have an ice machine and offer ice bags to take in your cooler for a day on the lake. The panoramic views are impressive. Coffee on the deck in the morning is so peaceful while you take in picturesque views of the jump Bridge. There is a basketball court and a saltwater pool within walking distance of the house. There is designated trailer parking. There is also overflow parking within walking distance of the house. The community also has a private boat launch that is close to our dock. The property comes with two golf carts for an easy 5-minute ride to the two- tier private dock with a slide. Gas is provided.
The private dock is where you will spend most of your time. There is private parking for the golf carts and less than 20 steps to the dock. It is really convenient when hauling coolers and kids. The kids love it, and the adults can relax. On the lower deck, there are 4 kayaks, a paddle board, a lily pad, rafts, noodles and plenty of chairs for you to enjoy. On the upper deck, there is a table with an umbrella to escape the heat if you need to, Several more chairs, and a couple of lounge chairs. The upper deck has a slide and a jumping platform. The kids absolutely love it! The dock has a boat slip and a possible second if needed. If fishing is your thing, then you should definitely pack your poles. Our kids love to fish and we catch Bass, Catfish and Pan Fish.
We have a 2022 Veranda Tritoon for rent. The boat holds 13 people and has a 175 HP on it. It is available for as many days as you would like to rent it. We provide all of the life jackets and an anchor. The boat also has maps of the lake to help you navigate. It is parked at our dock so it's very convenient. If you bring a boat, our boat can be moved.
There are several amazing marinas close by. The closest Marina is Sugar Hollow. It’s right around the corner. Sugar Hollow has a trampoline park that is an awesome family fun event. Don't even get us started with how fun Shanghai is. Don't forget to grab one of their blankets!! That marina is also very close. Head to Springs Dock for some ice cream and a dock burger.
There is a fire pit with lights. We provide all of the wood. There is cornhole and other yard games to enjoy while down at the fire pit. Take a soak in the hot tub to relax.
We provide WIFI, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps for all bathrooms, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, dish sponge, laundry pods and softener, Q-Tip's and several other items in case there is a need. We try to provide enough for your entire stay.
Summer is considered prime time at Norris; however, we think all the seasons offer their own charm. We have included some fall and winter photos to capture the true beauty of every season. Thanksgiving and Christmas are so magical at the lake. We make sure the house is decorated to make you feel right at home while you host your special event. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are only about an hour away. There are also several ATV trails by the house. We can provide more information on that if you are interested.

Thank for your kind words. It was pleasure to host your family. Have a great rest of your summer and feel free to contact us for future bookings. Even if we raise our rates due to increase in cost, past guests are locked at the rate they paid. Best Andrea and Tracy.
Excellent Views. Nice house, dock, and boat. All the extras at the dock make the stay even better. Our kids and their friends enjoyed having the kayaks, noodles, lily pad, and water slide. The golf carts made access to the boat dock doable even for guest that don't get around the best. The drive to the boat dock is a little treacherous, but after you get the hang of it, its not that bad.

Thank you for such kind words.. We are so happy to hear you had a great time. The dock is a fan favorite for sure. Yea, the mountains make for some rocky terrain in some spots. The younger kids love the golf cart rides. You are great renters and welcome back anytime.
This house was stunning and had great views. Only downside is the dock is not within walking distance and the golf cart ride to get there is a little suspect and scary.
The dock and boat were in great condition and we overall had an amazing time here!

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you staying with us. There is some construction and gravel on the path to the dock due to some pending construction. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. The gravel is slated to be paved prior to the next rental season. That will make the short drive to the dock a little easier without the gravel. You are welcome back anytime. Great renters!!
Three families shared this house for a last summer vaca before school starts. House worked perfectly for everyone. Double dock kept kids busy for days with the slide and access door to jump into the water. Both golf carts worked fine and got everyone to and from the dock. Best part of the house in my opinion is the view on the back deck. You can see the famous jumping bridge while enjoying your coffee, drinks or food. Would definitely stay here again.

We're so happy you had fun. The kids LOVE the dock! I couldn't agree with you more. Mine and my Husbands favorite thing to do is drink morning coffee off the deck and watch the action at the bridge. We would love to have your group back. The cleaners the house was left very clean. Very good renters!!!
This house is amazing! Everything was clean and fully stocked. Loved not having to bring our own beach towels and loved the ice machine! It rained one of the days we were there so we played many of the games that were there. Only downside was it had rained the day before we took the boat out and the golf cart got stuck on the cart path to the dock. We finally got it unstuck. It was a little difficult to navigate the cart path, but it probably gets easier the more you do it. Great place!

Kathy, thank you for staying with us. You were great guests and you are welcome back anytime. The golf cart path did get a little tricky this year but you are correct, once you get the lay of the land, it's easy. Have a great Holiday Season and reach out to us if you want to book in the future.
The house is nicer in person than the photos even show. It’s so well cared for and very well stocked with kitchen items! We also contracted with the owner to rent her pontoon boat, which was super convenient - highly recommend.

Laura, thank you so much for the review and the kind words. We treat this home like a personal house. We love it so much. Thank you for being such amazing renters!!
We had our family Thanksgiving at Bridge View and enjoyed every moment. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the fire pit at night. The parking is limited but we were able to park by the pool and shuttle family members around with the golf cart, which was a huge blessing! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

We are very happy you enjoyed your Holiday in our home. You were great renters, and we welcome you back anytime. Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. Merry Christmas and happy New Year!
House was perfect for our long weekend with friends before school started back up. Andrea was very helpful, easy to get ahold of, and checked in with us via text to make sure everything was going great. When they say fully stocked they mean it. The house literally had everything you would need. Walkie talkies were nice to have since cell service was spotty. Easy golf cart rides down to the dock. Their floaties, rafts, kayaks were all great to have. We rented their boat while we were there and it was also very nice and perfect out on the lake. The kids had a blast tubing! Would 100% recomme d and we are looking forward to booking again in the future!

The house was lovely. Property manager was very easy to work with; promptly took care of minor issues. View was breathtaking. Our biggest challenge was access to dock and lake, and lack of fishing opportunities.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. You were wonderful renters.. We absolutely love the view also and we are very grateful that we can get to the dock and lake in a couple of minutes by golf cart and there are only a few steps to the dock. I've heard from previous renters that the fishing is good in several small coves and at the dock. The terrain in TN can be tricky but so worth it. Thanks again for being such great renters!!!!!
This place was absolutely amazing. The owners have thought of the tiny details to make your stay special. They were amazing hosts and contacted us to make sure everything was okay daily. It has everything you want and more in a Lake House. Kids loved the dock slides and the golf cart rides. You’ll be in awe of the view every morning when you wake up.

We love that you had a great time and appreciate the small details. I was happy to be available to answer your questions. We spend all day at the dock and the kids love it as well. The view is what sold us!!! Thank you for the review.
The Host was excellent to work with and very accommodating for our stay. This property was the best stocked and cleanest rental we’ve stayed in. We had a large group so the parking was a little tricky but we just parked the vehicles we weren’t using at the pool area. Not a big deal. We loved the stay and will definitely book again.
Our stay was great even with a half of day of bad weather. The house is as seen in photos if not better. Honestly, it was must bigger than we expected when we got there. Only negative was getting down to the dock, not as easy as we’d like but we made it work. Only reason not all 5 stars

Thank you for your review. I do understand the inconvenience of the gravel road to the dock. I really appreciate your understanding. We tried to accommodate everyone for the inconvenience. Returning the money, you paid for the boat was one way that we were able take care of our guests. Please come back anytime. Your group was great!!!!
Nestled among the picturesque hills of Tennessee, this home offered an awe-inspiring view that felt like a painting come to life! The property owner's meticulous attention to detail, was evident in every nook, from the charming decor to the amenities provided. The accommodations were spotless, providing a pristine environment for a relaxing Thanksgiving getaway. The house was exceptionally well- stocked, ensuring that our every need was well met. Our stay here was nothing short of delightful, offering an idyllic setting for a memorable holiday retreat!

Andrea was super communicative and easy to deal with. Had no issues we even needed to communicate with her about, once we checked in. House was beautiful and so was dock/boat area. Dock is a little drive away, but gas golf carts make that part easy.

Bridgeview has everything needed for a great family lake trip. The owner is very responsive and helpful when needed. Great communication.
Beautiful views, clean home and many amenities.
Gravel paths in this neighborhood can be a bit treacherous for regular cars especially after rains. The 2 provided golf carts are definitely a necessity.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. I am glad that you had a great family trip. The gravel is unusually bad this year because of all of the rain, it washes it out. There has been a lot of rain this season. Good thing is you aren't on it long. They are supposed to be paving it soon. We started with one golf cart and decided it would be better with two. Thank you for being such great renters
This property has all the wows! The view, the amenities, and the thoughtfulness. The property owner has thought of everything you might need while staying onsite or using the dock. During our stay it rained in the evenings and all day on our last day. This washed out a lot of the gravel on the golf cart paths, but we noticed that the community was back filling them while we were there. The community has steep inclines and some narrow gravel roads to get to the property. The host does an excellent job of explaining how to get the house, and dock. If you are hauling a boat, I would recommend taking it to the boat ramp and parking the trailer before going to the house to unload.
The Bridgeview house was very well equipped. It had plenty of dishes, silverware, pots/pans, and even a wide range of spices. We had plenty of hot water as well. It had a beautiful view of the lake and jumping bridge. We had themed dinners, as well as dressing for the theme. We had plenty of room for preparing dinners, eating and playing cards/games in the evening. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain over the week and it made driving down to the dock in the golf carts on the gravel roads a little scary.

Thank you, Carol. We are so happy you had a great time. We do apologize for the inconvenience of the gravel road. Thankfully, this issue will be resolved before the next rental season. Please come back anytime. We appreciate you!!!
House was lovely, spotless and very well equipped. By far the nicest VRBO house we’ve ever rented. Plenty of seating for three generations of our family (15 total, ages 1-65). Two living/family rooms, two covered patios, two refrigerators and very nice extras, like soap, lotion, spices, some trash bags, toilet paper and other paper products to get started. Beautiful view, nice community pool and awesome dock with ample seating, several kayaks, a Lily pad and lots of inflatables. It’s a somewhat challenging golf cart drive to the dock because of hilly, rough terrain but experienced drivers should do ok. We rented a pontoon 4 days and cruised the lake, finding little coves to get out and swim in the absolutely perfect lake water. Our sons agree that this might have been our best family vacation yet. We highly recommend Norris Lake and Bridge View.

We are so happy you enjoyed your vacation. The few minute drive to the dock sure beats a bunch of steps to walk down. That’s how we look at it. Thank you for being great renters and taking care of the house. We really do try to think of everything that we would want on a family vacation. You are welcome back anytime!!!
Best equipped lake house we have rented. Kitchen seating was very ample for the 15 of us. The most completely equipped kitchen - had everything we needed. Two huge refrigerators and separate ice machine were very helpful. The double decker dock was so much fun. Lots of flotation devices, a lily pad. Table and chairs. Beautiful view of the jumping bridge and sunsets. It included 4 kayaks. There was even rope swinging from a tree over the water. The only challenge was the ride to and from the dock. The last part to the dock was gravel and a little narrow in spots but we got used to it. The owners were very gracious and helpful. We would go there again. Our grandchildren from 3-22 loved the place! The most fun we have had on a lake vacation!

Long Weekend
The property and house was amazing. There were only some small logistical things that were not accurately represented.
Parking is extremely tight in front of the house and all of the roads are unpaved and graveled.
The overflow parking around the pool was handy and we were very thankful for the golf cart to commute back and forth. We had to make 2 trips because we had 6 people in our party.
It is represented as a gated community but I never saw the gates shut.
We had a little difficulty finding the right dock but Andrea was helpful in assisting us.
The kitchen is huge and the 2 fridges were amazing. So many times it’s like playing Tetris trying to fit all the groceries for the week.
The ice machine was handy and we never ran out of ice to pack for the coolers for our day out on the water.
We never said anything but there were yellow jackets that appeared every evening on the back deck.
Overall it’s a great location, very clean and enjoyable.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are so happy you enjoyed the house. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about the terrain in the mountains. It can be tricky and very tight in most places and gravel is common. We have had several trucks parked in our driveway at the same time with plenty of room and it is paved, which helps. The dock is easy to find if you follow the directions that are emailed prior to your check-in. I will look into the gate situation, maybe they were working on it the weekend you stayed. We just purchased a UTV to leave at the house, in addition to the golf cart, to make the 2 minute drive to the dock, even easier. Here in TN, you either have a lot of steps to get to your dock that you have to climb several times a day or you have a quick drive in a golf cart or UTV. I personally am not a fan of the steps. The other option is flat, lakefront land..every Americans dream..right? We pride ourselves on making this house feel like home and we love to hear other people enjoyed it. Thanks again for your review!!
We visited for a week and the home was just as it was pictured. Plenty of room and very cozy. 2 bedrooms on first floor and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs was the laundry, 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Basically 1 suite upstairs and 2 downstairs. One suite is the bunk room. We had access to the dock and the amenities including the boat. Definitely visit Springs dock for shopping and food and the ice cream was awesome. The pool is nice and close by but no lounge chairs. The private dock didn’t have lounge chairs either or a canopy but you can always lounge in the boat. The golf carts are a definite plus. The hot tub, firepit and cornhole were all nice options to have. Wifi is good and plenty of parking. The driveway to get into the house and out is a bit rocky as it’s not paved until you get close to the house, then it’s paved. It is easy enough for the two small cars and 2 midsize cars we had. Andrea was excellent to work with and very responsive to all our questions. Our week had a good bit of rain but we enjoyed being at the house. Definitely recommend for your family to visit.
