Chalet Le Tilia Varsea Lodge: Recently built chalet with beautiful amenities of approximately 114 M2 on 3 levels. See location on Google maps by typing chalet Tilia Vars les Claux.

350 m walk from TS Chabrières and Escondus. Return on skis by trail (depending on snow conditions). A new path to reach the snow front is planned in 2025 after the installation of a footbridge. Free shuttle bus at the foot of the chalet.
Equipped for 8 adults and 2 children. Free Wi-Fi. Biodynamic underfloor heating.

Garden level:
A bedroom for 2 people (bed 140) with wardrobe
A second bedroom for 4 people with a 140 bed + a sleeping area with bunk beds for 2 children or teenagers, with a lounge area and a sink.
An independent bathroom with shower and sink, equipped with a washer-dryer
A separate toilet.
1 car garage with ski room area (ski racks, ski boot warmers)
2 outdoor parking spaces.

Level 1: Bright living room (NE-SW exhibition), high-end equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and complete crockery.
Fireplace with insert, guest toilet with washbasin, large living room with TV, 2 balconies and summer terrace of 16 M2.

Level 2:
Bedroom with 160 cm bed with storage chest and balcony SW.
Second bedroom with adult bunk beds,
Independent bathroom,

Dressing room in the hallway.

Wood for the fireplace provided free of charge.
Bedding and towels provided to be paid directly on site (approx. 12 € per person, a flat rate of 7 to 11 € for bath mats and tea towels). An extra charge of 5 euros will be requested for each bed made on request.
Cleaning will be paid directly on site (€180).

Très belle semaine passée au Chalet Tilia. Chalet près du centre et navette très proche pour pouvoir accèder facilement à l'école de ski avec des enfants. Communication très fluide avec l'hôte et la conciergerie. Seul bémol, la chambre de 4 au niveau du bas mérite un vrai lit plutôt qu'un canapé lit pour un meilleur confort. Sinon dans l'ensemble tout était très bien pour notre séjour avec plusieurs familles.

Chalet luxe moderne et chaleureux mais pas fonctionnel (chaises volumineuses) .Pas d'etandage mobile .Terrasse bien exposée et utilisable grâce a l'ajout du parasol amené lors de notre sejour (manque le pied lesté).

Chalet le Tilia

Chalet agréable mais sans vue, bien équipé, décoration à thème faune sauvage de qualité. Un seul souci, le four était en défaut récurrent et doit être réparé ou plus probablement changé

Nous avons prévu une intervention car le four est pratiquement neuf. Etant au centre de la station qui est en vallon, les chalets Varsea Lodge n'ont pas de vue dominante.

Chalet bien situé et très bien équipé. Équipements de très bonnes qualités. L'accueil par l'agence "Margot" au top.La cheminée doit être révisée car aucun tirage et donc aucune buche de bois ne flambe. Un petit effort sur le ménage lors du changement de locataire. Je vous conseil ce chalet, très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire positif. Au sujet de la cheminée, elle est un peu dure à démarrer, mais nous y étions cette semaine et elle a fonctionné malgré un tirage un peu faible (peut-etre un défaut de conception). Il faut mettre du petit bois au depart en quantité suffisante et utiliser de l'allume feu liquide. Bien cordialement et au plaisr de vous recevoir à nouveau Y. Filaudeau

Superbes vacances dans un très beau domaine

Très bel appartement bien décrit sur l'annonce, bien agencé, bien meublé. Il y a tout pour passer un excellent séjour. Bonne communication avec l'agence qui gère les entrées et sorties.

Chalet conforme à la description, avec des matériaux de qualité et fait avec goût. Plus de rangement pour les vêtements seraient la bienvenue. Propriétaire réactif et sympathique.

Joli et spacieux logement en station

Merci à notre hôte pour ce séjour. Le logement est bien situé, avec accès aux différents points de départ des pistes par la navette (dont les horaires sont parfois irréguliers, mais au pire une dizaine de minutes de marche et on est au pied des pistes). Il est spacieux, joliment décoré et confortable ! Parfait pour notre séjour entre amis avec enfants (bonne insonorisation entre la partie nuit en bas et la pièce de vie). L'équipement est suffisant, même si une machine à laver aurait pu être utile. Réseaux téléphoniques et internet un peu limités dans la partie basse. Le propriétaire est très disponible et à l'écoute. L'agence de gestion qui s'est occupé de nous est rude sur les conditions de sortie, avec un état des lieux assez tôt (9h15), désagréable et dans la précipitation, mais cela évoluera peut-être (début d'activité) et c'est indépendant du logement en lui même.
