Modern open layout tech retreat: mostly brand new!
New 2020 owner in this post-modern retreat located on a cul de sac of a private street. Trails to beaches or a short drive to more. Great location between Sag Harbor and Montauk, family community. Owner used to travel 95% of time but after pandemic working from home in separate guest house / apartment that feels like adjacent townhouse to the rental. Bedrooms on opposite ends of property, separate entrances, total privacy, pvt driveway and garage. Pool/deck/basement - all yours not shared (Owner still travels as a musician and will not be around on weekends)

Former sports TV executive now working on a tech startup with colleagues. Used to travel the world and post-pandemic working on my startup, teaching at a college and performing music on weekends. I won't be home much, but my guest house has a separate sound-proofed entrance and no shared spaces!

Great family street, no thru traffic, equidistant to Montauk and Sag Harbor (30 min) with East Hampton and Amangansett a 15-minute drive away.
