Main Level:
The main level includes a cozy living room and an inviting eat-in kitchen. One bedroom features a queen bed, while a second bedroom offers two twin beds. A shared full hallway bath includes a double vanity, a shower stall, and a washer and dryer.
Second Level:
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one with a full bed and the other with two twin beds. Both rooms have window A/C units, and a shared full bath is located in the hallway.
A community kayak and canoe launch is conveniently close by, perfect for exploring the nearby waterways.

My sisters and I we’re meeting in Chincoteague for a trip. We all live in separate states. Location was great to shopping, restaurants, and the ponies!! We had a great time!

The check in process was easy. The location was as advertised, very close to the beach. We arrived and the house was filthy. Floors were so dirty the bottoms of my kids feet were black after walking around for an hour. Furniture and living room rug very old and stained, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since 1995. Found dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Luckily I contacted the rental company who managed the process and they were amazing. They moved us to a new house that was beautiful and clean and redeemed the entire experience.
