We really enjoyed this stay! This home was very lovely and clean. The pool was exactly what we wanted and our family really enjoyed it. The kitchen was stocked with the appliances and cookware we needed to make cooking for ourselves easy. There was also lots of toys, towels, umbrellas, and a cooler for trips to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place.

Hi David - as you didn't communicate with me about any issues, I'm puzzled why you rated the property 4 stars when 28 others rated it 5. Please feel free to contact me so we can improve.

Stayed for over a month

We stayed at the house for over a month and during hurricane Ian. Apart from a scary couple days, we enjoyed the stay and loved the proximity to the beach (10 mins) The house itself provides all you need and the kids loved playing in the pool Can recommend the house and the communication with David was easy and fast

Great Find!

This was our first time in the area, and we truly found a wonderful house to stay in for the week. All accommodations were as advertised, and David was very quick with communication. The check-in/check-out process was very quick and easy. The house is situated in an area that provides easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and experiences, and the neighborhood is very quiet as well. The pool is pretty large and we appreciated the pool toys provided. This house is great for families!

Close enough but not too close.

The property has been spotless both times we stayed at David’s place. The pool is amazing and clean. The heater helps out greatly in the colder months. The water stayed around 90 when we were there so no need for the heater. We will stay here on every visit as long as it is available.

Great House

The house is just like the photos. The location is excellent with a super quiet neighborhood. The house is functional and has everything and more than what one needs on vacation. The problems we had were resolved within a few hours. Both the owner David and Dafne Manager were always attentive to needs. I would definitely come back to this place :)

Sarasota, FL

My wife and I had a great stay at David's place in Sarasota. The house is as advertised, very clean, close to all that Sarasota has to offer, has a great pool and is appointed with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. David is very responsive to any and all inquiries. Highly recommended and in fact, we are returning next year.

Great House / Clean / Heated Pool

The house is about 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach and a little over an hour from Sanibel. The house has been well maintained and the property manager is on his toes about responding to any messages. He has some beach items available to borrow like chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc... It is a beautiful area.

Great home convenient to beach and downtown

The house was clean, well-stocked and on a very quiet street (although a few houses away from a busy road, we heard fairly little noise). Having the private pool to use was wonderful. The property is an easy 10 or 15-minute drive to Siesta Beach, which is amazing, and to downtown Sarasota. Several supermarkets, drug stores, a starbucks, and lots of local shops are within a mile or less. I would definitely return to this house.

Excellent

The house was super clean when we arrived. I had a few questions and was answered immediately. Great location close to shopping, restaurants and siesta key beach!! The pool was clean and my kids really enjoyed having a private pool and not having to share it with anybody else. If we ever come back to sarasota we would definitely keep this property in mind to rent again!! Great house, great area and great host!
