Welcome to "Lou Percat", one of the 4 gîtes of a former presbytery from 1868. <br>My husband Bruno and I have renovated them for comfortable stays with family or friends.<br><br>In this 3* SOUS VOUTE gîte for 4 people:<br>• 1 furnished terrace: electric barbecue<br>• 1 living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher)<br>• 1 children's area: books, DVD player<br>• 1 bathroom<br>• 1 bedroom: 1 double bed,<br>. 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed each<br>• 1 large court: swing<br><br>Cleaning option: 90€.<br><br>Description of the cottage "LOU PERCAT" (3 stars) :<br>Gîte SOUS VOUTE -<br>The accommodation is located in the small hamlet of La Piguière (between the sabot de Malepeyre and the point Sublime). <br><br>It is located on the top floor (gîte under vault) and has direct access from the back of the building with an independent entrance.<br><br>You will have:<br><br>- 1 living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher...) including tea towels<br><br>- Pellet insert heating with pellets included in the rental (electric winter heating possible in addition according to current rates) – <br><br>- TV with built-in DVD player <br><br>- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 <br>- 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 90 each<br>-->Sheets provided and beds made on arrival <br><br>- Bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, cleaning products, towels provided<br><br>- Separate toilet with washbasin <br><br>- 1 cot and 1 high chair <br><br>- Children's area with reading corner and DVD player (and children's DVD)<br><br>- Terrace secured by a gate: table – chairs – parasol – electric barbecue grill<br><br>- In front, large plot (Peyrade) with swing <br><br>Additional services: <br>- Optional cleaning: 90 € <br><br>- On request (depending on availability): a child's stroller (all-terrain).<br><br>Possibilities of pairing with our other cottages (Philomène: 2 people and Albaret: 4 people).<br><br>8 km from La Canourgue with all shops and the A75. 18 km from La Malène (Gorges du Tarn). Very quiet hamlet, with pine forest, ideal for nature lovers, mountain bike hikers and hikers with hiking departures (Chemin de Saint Guilhem among others). <br><br>You have a car park available.<br><br>WEEKLY RENTAL JULY AND AUGUST FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY - <br><br>MINIMUM RENTAL 3 NIGHTS LOW SEASON: APRIL - MAY - JUNE - SEPTEMBER - OCTOBER - NOVEMBER <br><br>The accommodation is located in a very quiet hamlet surrounded by pine forests, ideal for nature lovers, mountain bike hikers and hikers with several hiking departures (crossing with the Chemin de Saint Guilhem among others).<br><br>Not far from the accommodation is a beautiful church that you can visit.<br><br>Please note:<br>- This is a non-smoking accommodation <br>- Pets not allowed <br>- Possibilities of pairing with our other gîtes <br>- There is no wifi but a very good 4G connection - - The church bell does not ring at night.<br><br>- We are on site and will be happy to get to know you.
