Welcome to paradise. A modern style and freshly renovated Waterfront House in Fanning Springs, Florida. This cozy getaway is located on a private canal seconds off The Suwannee River. Bring your boat and cruise to the nearby springs or venture to the Gulf for the big catch.
The balcony of the home sits just feet off the water. With its own private concrete boat ramp, dock, pedal boat and kayaks. Enjoy your evenings around the firepit with friends. Everything you need for a fun, relaxing or romantic waterfront getaway.

Cozy, comfortable and the perfect restful location for a sisters’ getaway. Loved sitting on the porch watching the fish jump and simply relaxing. From the "dumb waiter lift" that helped us bring our luggage, etc upstairs, to the convenient seafood restaurant at the end of the street, and the great tranquil boat ride on the Suwannee River...we loved everything about your beautiful place! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

Everything about this place was wonderful! From the communication with the host, if you like outdoors kayaking in nature it's the place for you! The property itself inside was immaculately clean furnished very nicely and had everything that you could possibly need to accommodate your stay on the Suwannee River. Laura The Host was absolutely wonderful, she let us get in a day early and offered us suggestions on where to eat and where to go. If you ever stay in the area it's the perfect place for a small family. We will be staying there on all of our trips into town.!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. went kayaking, visited the springs and had dinner at the Suwannee Bell Landing Restaurant, which is in walkin distance.

Awesome Escape

Lots of fun! Brought the boat, zipped up and down the Suwannee, saw manatees, relaxed at Fanning Springs, caught lots of bream in the main river, dinner at Roy’s in Steinhatchee, dessert at Legends, and tubed down the Ichetucknee on the way out. Great stay!
