Perfect for 6 adults. Beautiful with lots of space. Our only complaint was parking for just one car, but with proper planning as advised, arrangements can be made.

The view out of the wraparound balcony was just amazing. I miss it already. Unit was clean with only a few minor issues, but local support through Homeaway was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back.

Great time and great property!
I will start out by telling you that my family and I had a magnificent time at this condominium. You cannot ask for a better view and a more comfortable place to stay. I would have given this property the maximum number of stars, however, our first day there we were delivered a new washer and dryer and for some reason it was never hooked up. I did contact the manager during the week and let him know of this problem. It sounded like a perfect example of too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Also, one of the two hide-a-beds does not have a mattress. That would've been a nice to have, however, not a need to have. That being said, this unit was extremely clean and well supplied. The air-conditioning works great and the overall livability of this unit was excellent. When I make a return visit to this complex I will surely keep this unit in mind.

As for the drier, as soon as we heard it was not working, we bought one from Lowes. They were to deliver and install. Apparently they did not know how. We hired another group to complete the job. Perhaps that is why it gave you the impression of too many chiefs and no Indians.
Our goal is simple, "do onto others as you have them do onto you." I hope we can reasonably accomplish this goal. We consider our guests to be our friends and want them to have a memorable time in our condo. Thank you again for taking the time to write your comments. Owners.
I knew going in that this was a high rise and anticipated lots of other vacationers, I did not realize that it is next door to an even larger high rise with lots of vacationers. We had to walk several properties down the beach each day to avoid the crowds. 3 bedrooms is a bit misleading. The 3rd "bedroom" is roughly 8' x 8' and does not have a door. It has a twin bed and pull out trundle which takes up the vast majority of the space. It would be fine for small children but definitely not great for older kids and absolutely not for adults. There is zero privacy in this room and no real space for luggage or to unpack. The balcony is very large and amazing, however, it is not well furnished at all. The layout of the unit is nice, the master is separated from the other bedrooms and is spacious. The living area and kitchen are spacious and comfortable. The wrap around windows are awesome and provide views all day, every day. The pools are a bit small for the amount of guests and only 1 small hot tub. Workout room is ample, elevators were pretty quick. It took a little getting used to, having to enter a code in all doors/ gates but it was nice to not have to worry about a key! It is an older building and the unit could use an update and a little TLC but nothing alarming. Check in is a breeze as you can just go straight to the unit and enter your code, no stopping at an agency or desk first! We did eat at Schooners next door, it's OK, and were able to walk to a couple souvenir shops down the road. I definitely recommend St Andrews park just a mile or so from the condo and a visit to Shell Island, both were pretty breathtaking.
We stayed for a week and had a very nice time. The beach is fantastic and the views from the unit are spectacular. Schooners is right next door and they have an outside bar for food and drinks.
The property manager was very attentive to our questions and promptly replied. If we plan another trip to Panama City we will stay again.

Best view you will find
The view from this condo is amazing! The view was worth what we paid for the week. We had no problems waiting for elevators like we have in some buildings. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. My child actually left his iPad in the unit. We noticed this about 2 hours after we left. I emailed the owner and he stated housekeeping found it and he mailed it back to me. We had a wonderful time and the beach bar next door had wonderful food. The unit could use a paint job and the sheets in the master bed room need to be replaced. Overall we were happy with our choice and hated to leave!

Seychelles is a great property but this condo could use some TLC. It took the refrigerator forever to get cold; had to store our perishables in the freezer overnight. The freezer wasnt great either. I would not trust icecream in it. The master bedroom was the only one with drawers for your clothes so I had to live out of my suitcase for the week. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but there is no where to store your food. The shower curtain was in state of disrepair and the toilet paper holder kept sliding knocking the tp roll in the floor. The living room was great with plenty of seating and the deck was nice too. The pool area is nice and the short walk to the beach is a plus for us since there are small children in our group. The elevator wait times are minimal too. I will definitely stay at Seychelles again but for the price it will not be at this particular unit.

Gorgeous view
The view from this condo in unbeatable. Probably one of the best in PCB! We enjoyed out stay here and were sad to leave!
The owner was easy to work with and very responsive!
I am only giving 4 stars for a few reasons:
The condo could use some basic updating. The walls in the smallest room desperately need painted, and the TV cords were just hanging out of the wall. Wouldn't be difficult to just make that room a little more presentable.
The fridge is not cold in the slightest.
Massive lack of basic household items. I have stayed in many many condos in PCB and Destin and never had such a lack of basic items like windex or toilet paper. For people who are flying in and not bringing their own stuff, be prepared to have to go and buy a lot of items that are generally provided in other places. Between the two glass eating tables and the glass door, having glass cleaner provided is a must.
You will need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, foil, all cleaning supplies, etc if you don't want to live in your own filth!
They provided tons of bath towels which was must appreciated.
The master bedroom bed is very comfortable.
The beach is amazing, everyone we met was friendly and nice. Very kid friendly condo building.

Seychelles is located directly on the beach but in a family area of Panama City Beach. We wanted a place where you can actually walk to shops and restaurants without walking on Thomas Drive. Seychelles Resort is on Gulf Drive; a street that visitors and locals alike walk day and night.
What makes this property unique
There simply aren't many condos in Panama City Beach that offer five windows facing west or a 120 ft wrap around balcony. This top floor unit has 270 degree views. Because of the location the westward view faces seven miles of sugar white beaches.
