There are great places to explore very close including: Sand Hollow, Zions National Park, Snow Canyon, 15 Golf Courses, Tuacahn Center for the Arts, and much more. The Virgin River Trail runs by Ladera with amazing scenery for walking, hiking, and biking. Enjoy the heated pool or visit Parks that are in walking distance. Ladera Livin has so much to offer.

Lost & Found: If something is left behind and our cleaners locate it, they can ship it to you for a $50 handling fee plus shipping.

Really nice and well appointed!

The property was really nice, new, clean and tastefully decorated. There were ample bathrooms, a nice and very well supplied kitchen, and lots of places to charge devices. We had a great stay!

Golf Trip

Our stay at Bill’s house was great. We had everything we needed and his house was in great condition with nice new furniture and home furnishings. Would definitely recommend staying here!

we loved everything about this house. They setup was perfect for teens to give them there own hangout area. plenty of bathrooms for use.we wished they supplied a few more bath towels but we would definitely stay there again!

Great location near lots of hiking and biking

The place was amazingly clean, felt like a brand new house. Location is very convenient for all the fun activities in Southern Utah. Internet is fast enough for everyone to stream or work with no lag. I would highly recommend this place for any group that is needing a comfortable base camp for their fun adventures

Adult siblings reunion

4 nights, 2 sisters, 3 brothers (and spouses), 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, large conversation area, very nice kitchen, plenty of parking and hot water, everything clean and worked well. It was a wonderful time with lots of reminiscing, growing closer and laughing. Wonderful property.

Excellent Home

Clean, beautiful home and neighborhood with lots of extras. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and bedding and extra cozy blankets. The hot tub was a big hit. Our only complaint was very low water pressure in the showers. But besides that the house and amenities were excellent. Property manager was very responsive and great to work with.

Wonderful Home for Family Gatherings

This house was perfect for my family’s Thanksgiving weekend. Very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-stocked, there are plenty of bathrooms, two separate living spaces and even a washer and dryer on each level. I was pleasantly surprised with the necessities provided around the home (tissues, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc.). Home is located close to restaurants, shopping and parks. Short drive to St. George or outdoor areas like Snow Canyon. Highly recommend.

Nice, Clean, and Awesome!

First of all, host is great and has quick communication and answered all of our questions. Second, property was clean, smelled good, just as advertised, and a had everything we needed. Third, location was nice. From this house we went out and had fun in some Zion canyons, Sand Hollow, etc... we stayed here with 5 adults and 5 youth ages 15-16. The teens loved the ping pong and foosball table in the garage. Everyone loves having so many bathrooms and 2 sets of washers/dryers. Overall 5/5 rating from us. Thanks!

Wonderful Spacious & Comfortable Home

A very lovely & comfortable rental home for small or large groups. The location is perfect to accommodate all visitor’s wants & wishes to have a great stay in the area of Washington & St George. This is such a wonderful & beautiful area for outdoor activities for all ages. The house was very clean & the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped to cook full meals. We were a group of 6 “active elderly” individuals 74-82 yrs old. The rental includes a hot tub, is conveniently close to the community pool & a very nicely set up in garage with family games. There are beautiful State & National parks within decent driving distances. Communication was minimal with host as we were provided clear instructions on how to enter & leave the residence. We appreciated the local information guidebook & took advantage of using the Snow Canyon Park entrance card in Ivins, Utah provided by host. I would recommend families of all ages to take advantage of renting this house for its comfort, convenient location & spaciousness. I would definitely rent this place again.

Awesome Rental!

We rented this house for a spring break trip with two families. The location was perfect for local hiking and day trips to Zion and Bryce Canon. The house is perfect with 5 bathrooms and bedrooms spread throughout. The house is incredibly clean and well stocked with supplies, including the little things that often go overlooked (e.g., dish soap, bath, and laundry supplies, extra toilet paper, tissues, and blankets). We’d highly recommend this house and hope to visit St. George/Washington again. Thanks!

I have grown up in Utah and love being outdoors. Southern Utah and Grand Canyon have so much to offer. We love hiking and camping all around this area. The weather is also amazing, all of which made us want to own a home here. We are very happy to be able to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

Of course Zion's National Park is a favorite. There are so many hidden treasures that rival experiences in the park. The community is also very welcoming with great restaurants and places to shop and the people are very nice.

What makes this property unique

This is a quiet neighborhood and is literally close to so many things we love. You are within 3 miles of everything you might need from Home Depot, Walmart, and Costco to the great eats and much more. The Virgin River Trail and parks all within walking distance is awesome. You can run a half marathon on the trail without crossing more than two streets and see beautiful terrain all along the trail. There are 15 golf courses within 10 miles, Tuacahn Center for the Arts, and more red rock than you can shake a stick at. It is pretty great.
