You’ll spend relaxing hours splashing in the enclosed pool, cooking in the outdoor kitchen and sipping cocktails in the covered outdoor living area when you vacation at Summer Daze in Palm Coast, Florida. Best of all, your dog is also most welcome to join you. Both white sand beaches and lush golf courses are close to Summer Daze, and your location halfway between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach makes either an easy day trip for your family.

You’ll find plenty of off-street parking out front at Summer Daze. Walk in the front door and settle into the comfortable living room to watch a football game on the large flat-screen TV. Or perhaps the adults would prefer to go outdoors and enjoy the fresh air on the covered patio while the kids check out the pool.

Summer Daze has a large kitchen with every appliance, pan, utensil, and dish you need to create culinary masterpieces. You can also grill fish or steaks on your outdoor grill and serve appetizers around the bar when swimmers come ashore. The elegant dining room is a place for making memories during dinner or a game of Yahtzee or Uno.

After a full day of fun at the beach or in the Summer Daze private pool, you can settle into your spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed. Sliding glass doors lead out to the pool where you can slip into the water for a moonlight swim or enjoy an evening toast to a great day on the patio. The Summer Daze primary ensuite has the feel of a luxury spa with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and well-lit vanity.

No complaints. It was fresh smelling upon arrival, everything was neat and clean! Kitchen was well stocked and decor was not overdone. Pool area could have been given a little more cleaning around edges and lots of cobwebs. But not complaining just an observation. Also, the master bath should have more places for hanging towels. None by sinks and the one in alcove is not easily accessible. Very satisfied with this beautiful home. Cannot comment on pool as was too cold to use

Sping Break Getaway

The home was a perfect fit for our 3 boys, 18, 17 and 14 as well as our doodle. We used the location to travel to the many beaches daily up and down the coast. The pool was a bonus as well for the kids to play in.

(There was only 2 pool loungers, but that didn't affect us, but if you had 6 people at the house, there'd be a shortage.)We loved being able to park in the garage!The light switches (most of them) are labeled for your convenience. We stayed for 11 nights, so we had to get more trash bags, but they do start you out with an initial supply. They only provide you with bath room towels, no beach towels.

It was a great stay. The place was very clean and organized. My children love the pool, it was situated in the right area with everything around it that you would need. The only problem I had was at the ice maker did not work. It was frosted over so we could not use that. But other than that it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it and I would book with them again. I was very pleased and happy

Summer Daze

Home comfortably sleeps 6 in bedrooms. Additional guests would be on the pullout sofa in the den. We had a 2year old with us and enjoyed the pool. Note: there were no door alarms or pool alarms The home is just 15 minute drive from the beach. Make sure you bring beach towels and chairs as the host provides 1 bath,hand,washcloth per guest. The onsite laundry was helpful.

One potential deal breaker

There are 5 TV screens in this house, and only one of them can be (with great difficulty) be hooked up to cable. The other 4 are a hodgepodge of Amazon and Apple BS that require you to have paid someone in advance of your ability to use them. The touch screen front door lock that only works after dark was a real waste of someone's money. You will be better off going in and out thru the garage. The older that I get, the more convinced I am that unheated swimming pools are only of interest to children and teenagers. Overall, it is a nice property that easily earns 4 stars (unless you are a person who likes to watch TV, in which case it barely rates a ONE).

Beautiful, clean, comfortable house. The pool was perfect, and the outside seating and bar area was awesome for bbq's. Great fenced in yard for our fur baby. We loved everything about this property and neighborhood. The rental agency was amazing!! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful Home

Almost everything at this property was outstanding, the pool area, living room, dining room, bathrooms and kitchen were super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The bedrooms were as described and the beds were super comfortable. There was the pool cleaning robot left in the pool for the entire stay and we were not going to touch it for fear of damaging it. Truth be told it wasn't swimming weather even for us coming from 20 degree weather, but, if it was swimming weather it would have been an issue having a hose running across the pool and a vacuum on the bottom while someone was swimming . The only true negative here are the Televisions. The only TV with cable access was the living room television. The other are fire TVs which unless you subscribe to other outside services you get no local live TV. The patio TV would not connect to the internet and is an Apple TV and I do not own Apple products. This property was outstanding with the few exceptions listed above. I would definitely recommend this property for your next vacation.
