This stone house is located in the idyllic village Podobuce and on the south side of the island. An oasis of tranquility awaits you here, which is especially suitable for a vacation with the family. Spend an unforgettable vacation here with your loved ones. The minimum ceiling height in the house is 100 cm. The shutters and the stone walls guarantee pleasant temperatures in the summer months and give the property a beautiful ambience. From the inviting terrace with pool you have a partial view of the sea and in front of the house a path leads directly to the pebble beach, ideal for children. The last 100 m of the driveway to the house are narrow.

Great location to spend a week with the family (3 kids 12 to 16) based at the pool at the property and at the beach a short walk down the hill. Beautiful views and a charming little village.Really good space indoors, although aircon struggled to keep it cool in the August heat.Short drive to the shops in Orebić.Good kitchen facilities for self-catering.Outdoor space a bit unfinished, but didn't detract from the overall experience for us.

Fantastischer Blick und genialer Pool

Die Lage des Hauses oberhalb des kleinen Ortes Podobuce ist fantastisch. Pool und Haus liegen den ganzen Tag in der Sonne und man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Der Pool ist schön groß und wir haben ihn sehr genossen. Überhaupt ist der Außenbereich mit Essplatz, Liegen, Olivenbäumen und Launchecken wunderschön. Auch innen ist das Haus schön. Wenn man zu acht Personen dort ist, wären etwas mehr Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr wünschenswert. Die Spülmaschine ist nicht mehr die beste, wird aber wohl bald erneuert Der Ort hat eine sehr schöne Bucht mit kristallklarem Wasser und Kieselstrand, die man zu Fuß über eine kleine Steingasse in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Am Strand gibt es ein einfaches Restaurant und direkt gegenüber des Hauses ein gutes Fischrestaurant. Die Zufahrt ist nur an einer kleinen Stelle eng, aber auch mit VW Bus mit Fahrradständer machbar. Auch im großen Carport unter dem Haus kann man bequem direkt am Haus parken. Einkaufen kann man in Orebić. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Traumhafte Lage, nette Nachbarn

Das Haus liegt toll, wunderschöner Außenbereich mit schöner Aussicht. Wer viel draußen sein möchte ist hier richtig. Leider war die Schlüsselübergabe schwierig, wir hatten gar keinen Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer. Dank der netten Nachbarn konnten wir aber ins Haus. Dort sind viele Einrichtungs- und Küchenutensilien gut abgenutzt aber noch funktionsfähig, außer ein paar Gegenstände die ausgetauscht werden müssten. Leider war es nicht so sauber wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant gegenüber, die sich um unser anliegen gekümmert haben.
