host was great - answered call at midnight when we struggled checking in. Could’ve been been a bit more clean and the price point for location was fair
Wonderful location. Clean safe neighborhood. Would recommend and stay there again.

Nice place to stay- because of the age of the house it was quite charming. The water pressure in the kitchen is not great but the shower had great water pressure. The bed, linens, and pillows were fantastic!
We had a great stay! It could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom and the kitchen sink. We also had a small issue with the air conditioner, but overall, it was convenient and comfortable.
The house was old but did the job well. We used the kitchen to cook meals, the bathroom was fully stocked with soap and shampoo, there was a portable AC unit, and the check in/check out process was easy with the host being very responsive.
This was a great option to experience Seattle and a lot of its offerings. The location is close to everything we wanted to do in the area. There were no hassles or inconveniences along the way
Rental had everything that was needed and cute neighborhood. There were many options for breakfast, coffee, and dinner nearby and also very walkable to the waterfront. We parked in the lot behind the house and paid for ease. We were able to check in early and the host was very quick to respond with answers to any questions.
Location was great and comfortable. Price was better than any local hotels. Parking a rental car was a little bit of a pain as street parking was nonexistent close by, but I was able to find a lot a few blocks away and parked the rental there both nights.

Great home and a wonderful place to stay. Host has great communication and everything was very clear. Not in the heart of Seattle but easy to get to. Closer to Seattle U, which offers great restaurants and stores
The property itself is old, but had all the amenities we needed, was in a good location near Seattle University, and was clean. The owner generally did a good job of communicating logistics to us. We were renting a compact car, but never had issues with parking on the street.
This place does the basics fine, but leaves a number things to be desired. The general location is good - close to football / baseball stadiums and downtown. It is walking distance to Seattle U and some good restaurants. The place is loud. We knew going in it was an older place, but the property is under the SEATAC flight line, near a hospital, on a road where busses and foot traffic are common. I dont expect the owner to replace windows, but you need to know before booking. Also, i think the owner should pay more attention to little things - like matching towels, New clean dish towels, and a non-moldy sponge. We dont regret staying here because of the price/location value, but it was rough. I think a little more attention to details could take this place up a notch
Nice three bedroom apartment great lacation close to restaurants, clean, great communication from owner. Made for a great stay and would definitely stay again!
Super clean and perfect for what we needed. The location seemed a little sketchy at first but we had no issues. Home had tons of character. Would definitely recommend.
Nice place good location. Check in was easy.
Good value. Place a little run down and outside a bit unkempt made me pause on booking from the Google Street view but glad I did.

Decent older place
Older apartment, slightly on the funky side, but comfortable and functional and clean enough. The price was right, and it worked well for us.
The apartment was clean, we were able to communicate quickly with the host any time of day, and the heating worked well as described. The host was extremely accommodating and the location was central to a lot of great public transit routes. I would definitely stay again.
