Built in 2021, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in gated community with boat slip included. Gorgeous view from 2 decks overlooking the marsh and Steinhatchee River. Located near the Community Pool and BBQ. Central to everything and a short boat ride to the gulf. The kitchen has a full size gas stove with oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Conexon fiber high speed internet and wifi throughout the home. 75" Television/DVD with Youtube TV in the living room and master and full size TV and DVD player in each bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The decor was stunning and we felt so comfortable after a day in the sun. Bedding was soft, the pool was refreshing. There is ample parking and being across the bridge was not a hindrance. I will be booking again.

My stay at this beautiful riverfront home was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The house was very clean, and I slept exceptionally well on the comfortable mattress! We had a fabulous view of the fireworks, and enjoying my morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the river was a highlight of the trip!
