The villa features air conditioning, a washing machine, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a desk and central heating.
Note that the cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 10€ per pet per night. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property. You can come with 6 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 20€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
