VRBO should do a better job at ensuring basic standards are met or refunds are given. I had a multi day rental that was not suitable for a stay. No hot water and no internet which I need for my job. I notified the owners and VRBO multiple times and nothing was done. I had to go to a hotel and was given no refund for the remaining 3 days of my stay. I won’t be using VRBO again.

Perfect location in the centre of Torun. A few lights need replaced in the living room - this is the only negative we had.
