Our modern holiday home is located on a quiet, traffic-calmed residential street in the heart of Neuglobsow and offers you holiday fun in beautiful and untouched nature. The house contains 3 apartments for a total of 8 adults + 4 extra beds.

Our house is divided as follows:

Ferinhaus EG 90 m² 4 + 2 people

On the ground floor there is a holiday apartment on approx. 90m² living space. It is divided into:
1. Bedroom with double bed with bathroom behind with shower / toilet / shower / bathtub
Second Bedroom with double bed and additional built-in shower + vanity
large living room with sitting area, steel fireplace, TV
Winter garden adjoining the living room with a seating area and a view of the countryside.
To the left in the winter garden is an integrated full kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and dishes for up to 6 people.
There is an open sleeping loft above the winter garden which is suitable for sleeping 2 children.
From the winter garden you reach a large terrace with outdoor seating and a grill in the green.

The 90m² ground floor is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. 1 extra bed for a toddler is also possible.

On the upper floor there are 2 apartments that are not part of this booking option. For these additional apartments, please inquire.
The apartments are 30m² each for 2 adults + 1 child up to 13 years.
They have a living room with a seating area, TV and built-in mini kitchen. The kitchen has 2 hot plates, coffee machine, fridge and dishes for 3 people.
You enter the bedroom from the living area. Here is a double bed. It is still possible to add an extra bed for a child up to the age of 13 in a single bed.
The apartment on the street side also has a balcony with outdoor seating.
The holiday home is part of the Fontanepark complex, only about 400m from the crystal-clear Stechlinsee.

In our own holiday home complex 'Ferienpark Theodor Fontane' there are holiday homes and apartments of various sizes and features. Here you can rent holiday apartments on 30² for 2 people, holiday bungalow 40m² for 2 adults + 1 child, holiday homes 45m² for 2 adults + 2 children and holiday home EG 90m² for 4 adults and 2 children. The holiday accommodations are in the green, on a spacious plot not far from the lake.

The prices here refer to our holiday home 90m² EG with occupancy of max. 4 adults + 2 children up to max. 13th century

With this request with the prices stored here it goes on with the holiday home 90m² for up to 4 adults and 2 children. This unit can only be used without pets.
The basic price is for 4 people. Children are valid until the age of 13 Year of life as a child.
If you are older, an amount of € 5.00 up to the age of 17 can be paid upon arrival. Year of life per night. Electricity consumption is billed on site and paid in cash (per kwh. € 0.50)
If you book for less than 6 people, the proportionate bedrooms are locked. Bed linen is possible to rent (for a fee per time and Person 9.00 €).
Parking space directly in the object 5.00 € per day.
All election bookings are payable in cash on arrival.
