Nearest large cities on the mainland with diverse tourist attractions are Split, Sibenik, Biograd and Zadar.

Split Airport is only about 30 minutes. away and can be reached by taxi / bus.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, Top Lage

Wir haben das erste Mal über FeWo-direkt gebucht. Ich war etwas skeptisch, da für diese Wohnung extrem wenig Bewertungen im Netz zu finden waren. Aber ich muss sagen, wir waren total begeistert. Das Haus liegt in Primosten etwas oberhalb, mit einem ganz tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit einem großen Wohn- und Essbereich, es sind 2 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Bäder vorhanden. Es ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man für seinen Urlaub benötigt. Die Dachterasse ist mit einem Sonnensegel überdacht und man kann wunderbar frühstücken oder auch Abends bei einem Glas Wein die tolle Aussicht genießen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten finden sich direkt neben dem Haus und sind überdacht. Das ist nicht nur wegen der Sonne extrem praktisch, sondern auch wegen der Möwen. Am Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Garten mit vielen niedlichen Schildkröten. Der Bäcker ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Einkaufen sind wir dann doch in größere Märkte außerhalb des Ortes gefahren. Die Familie Kravos ist sehr herzlich. Sie sprechen fließend deutsch und bei Fragen (ob wegen Ausflügen, Einkaufen oder Wohnungsangelegenheiten) sind Sie jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Zum Strand ist es etwas zu laufen. Wir hatten einen Bollerwagen dabei und konnten somit das Gepäck für den Strandtag problemlos transportieren. Wir waren Abends sehr oft in der Altstadt mit seinen urigen Gassen. Dort ist Restaurant an Restaurant und vorallem das Eis ist in der Altstadt ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit wunderbaren Blick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der großzügigen Wohnung genossen. Die Dachterrasse bietet viel Platz zum frühstücken, relaxen und abends ein Glas Wein zu trinken. Tolle Vermieterin, großes Kompliment... es war alles wunderbar.

Wunderschöne Aussicht und Supernette Betreuung vor Ort!

Wir haben die Zeit vor Ort und den tollen Ausblick von der großen Dachterrasse sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig, so dass man nicht auf das Auto angewiesen ist. Die abendlichen Spaziergänge in Primosten und am Strand mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen waren immer ein schöner Tagesabschluss. Besonders wollen wir uns für die nette Betreuung vor Ort bedanken, angefangen von der freundlichen Begrüßung bis zum Service mit Rat und Tat zu jeder Zeit. Wir wünschen den Vermietern und deren Familie alles Gute!

Wundervolle und moderne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wir waren 10 Tage in der obersten Penthouse Wohnung. Diese ist sehr geräumig und ganz modern eingerichtet mit einer sehr großen Terrasse mit Meerblick, 2 Schlafzimmer und einem großen Wohn-und Essbereich. Es ist sehr selten in Kroatien, dass die Ferienhäuser und -Wohnungen geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet sind, daher wissen wir das sehr zu schätzen. Kompliment für die Inneneinrichtung. Das ganze Haus ist neu mit verschieden großen Wohnungen und wir hatten uns allemal angeschaut. Alle sind sehr hübsch mit Balkonen oder Terrassen. Die Besitzer Maria und Stipe sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, stehen immer mit Tipps für den perfekten Ausflug oder das ideale Restaurant zur Hilfe. Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren. Der Kiesstrand ist in 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen, das Wasser ist sehr sauber in Primosten und die nette kleine Altstadt mit vielen leckeren Restaurants ist ganz bezaubernd. Wir hatten tolle, sonnige und entspannte Tage im Haus und können es sehr empfehlen.

Amazing views

We have just returned from a wonderful few days staying at this penthouse apartment in Primosten and can thoroughly recommend it for a holiday. We loved the well-equipped apartment – such a luxury – with its beautiful rooms and furnishings ; amazing views ; the balcony, in the warm sunshine - complete with comfortable sunbeds, where we “chilled out” each afternoon to read and relax. The owners welcomed us so warmly. During our stay, they also showed us the other apartments which were all beautifully presented. We spent our days discovering the pleasant attractions of Primosten - there are many places of interest including the old town, beaches and harbour.

Excellent apartment with spectacular view

Excellent penthouse apartment; new, clean and modern. Very spacious and perfect with 2 bathrooms! The owners are truly wonderful and helpful which made us feel very welcome. Quiet neigborhood with a 10 minute walk from Primosten's old town with resturants as well as to the beach. We really enjoyed the view from the roof terrace which is spectacular!
