Nestled along the Monterey Bay is one of the most scenic stretches of California's central coastline. Spanning 1 1/2 miles of pristine beach, the completely remodeled house is in a secluded, gated community with a collection of beautiful beachfront homes.

Perfect family vacation, Pajaro Dunes is located 4 miles West of Watsonville, and 20 miles South of Santa Cruz which is home of the Beach Boardwalk and Santa Cruz Mountain Redwoods. 20 minutes to Monterey.

Why they chose this property

I find the stillness within me when I am at the house. The house is set up to be exceptionally comfortable while creating that calm wonderful zen that only the ocean gives me. I love coming here with extended family and my grandchildren love it here!

What makes this property unique

The house is fully remodeled and very comfortable. It has the largest deck of any home in the area/community. The views are spectacular year around. Guests have seen whales, dolphins in the water. Playful seals and otters are a normal sight. In addition, birds nest near the house and you can see so much wildlife.
