The first floor features the main bedroom with a king bed, full bath, seasonal fireplace, and channel views. A second bedroom with a queen bed shares an adjoining hallway bath.
The second floor offers a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. A half bath is also on this level, along with a large waterfront deck providing sensational views of the channel, bay, and stunning sunsets.
The third floor includes a sleep loft with three twin beds—perfect for kids or extra guests.
