Outside the resort, in the district Jura, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 16 km from the lake, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, swimming bay 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 10 km, riding stable 8 km, cable car 10 km, ski lift 2 km, ski school 8 km, sled run 500 m, cross country ski track 100 m, ice rink 8 km, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: La Chaux de Fonds, Neuchâtel. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Neuchâtel 15 km. Please note: car recommended.

Solar energy heating. On the lower ground floor: shower. Upper floor: (steep stair), 2 small rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed. 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Large patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
