At the entrance to a hamlet dominating the landscape, 1.4 from the village of Bellecombe en Bauges, very comfortable terraced house with a spacious and bright living room through its large bay windows. Gravel terrace facing southwest enjoying a beautiful unobstructed view of the massif and the surrounding peaks. Shops and services open all year round in Lescheraines, 7 km away, or in Châtelard, 8 km away.
