Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, 2 televisions w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. A perfect stay in Ogunquit. Everything...beach, shops and dining all within walking distance. The accommodations were super clean and so comfortable. The view...pure ocean! There is no place better to spend a vacation.

When we walked into the condo we were instantly at home and amazed by the view of the deck! The decor was so welcoming and the furniture very comfortable. It was great going to sleep while listening to the waves and sea gulls! Steps away from beach and town. Highly recommend!

Once again, we had a wonderful stay. The location is great for the things we like to do when we visit. The place is beautifully kept, consistent and just the right fit for us. Just a great place to stay, walking distance to everything, beach, shops, restaurants. Super comfy bed, well equipped kitchenette, private deck overlooking the river and ocean. What more could you want? Would stay here again without hesitation

The view was great overlooking the Ogunquit river and the south end of the beach. A great deck to get morning sun thru approx 2:00PM and if needed move to front deck for sun thru late afternoon. We enjoyed the short walk to town as well as the Marginal Way. We will be back for sure. Dave
