Wonderful loft space in the city. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to downtown. The exposed brick and windows with shutters were amazing! We enjoyed using the pool table as our stay was unfortunately not for a fun city visit, but for a hospital visit and recovery. It gave us something to do as wedidn’t leave the space for a day after surgery. It was also nice to see the monument right down the street!

Location, location, location! Place was very clean, had everything we needed. 8 guys mid 50's stairs are a little steep up to the lofts but we had no issues.

Great place

Excellent alternative to high-priced hotel rooms for work colleagues, assuming everyone gets along. Convention center main entrance is 2 blocks away, variety of restaurants & entertainment within walking distance. Condo itself was very nice, spacious, and the hosts were fantastic.

Host and property was awesome!! Plenty of room for my family. Bathrooms were large and very nice. Kitchen was great. Pool table was enjoyable in the evening. Location is perfect!!! We were visiting Gainbridge for state high school wrestling. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the couch, very worn. We will definitely be back!!!

Great location!

We enjoyed a Mom’s weekend getaway, and this was a great place for us to stay. Plenty of space and everything we needed. Property managers were very responsive. We would love to rent here again when needing a place in downtown Indy for family or friends.

This was the third time we have stayed with this rental group. We highly recommend them for multiple reasons: ease of booking, outstanding facilities, and timely communications with the group. The condo easily met all our needs: comfortable sleeping arrangements, excellent kitchen facilities, and room to gather as a family to visit. We highly recommend that you consider booking here.

Colts v Browns game

Location is perfect for going to events at the football stadium or basketball arena. Short walk to both and to many downtown restaurants and bars.

Perfect Downtown Loft

Great location, great communication with hosts and very clean and well equipped condo. Has all the charm of an old building with modern amenities and safety features. (Just fyi for those with kids - it is a loft situation for some of the bedrooms.)

This place is a gem of a find. After dozens of stays with multiple Bnbs and VRBOs, you start believing it will never look as good as the photos. To my surprise, everything seemed just as inviting and spacious as advertised. The hosts were easily accessible whenever needed and very accommodating to some special circumstances. I really don't want to give away the best kept secret here by posting about it but the place is too amazing not to share with all far and wide. Literally downtown with a minute's walk from almost every activity Indianapolis has to offer. Will definitely stay again if they ever have availability.
