My house is isolated, in the countryside, 200 m from a small hamlet, 3 km from Saint Céré, 15 km from the Padirac chasm, 31 km from Rocamadour.<br>It is built on the side of a cliff, facing south, on a semi-wild plot of 5000 m2, not overlooked, with a panoramic view of two valleys and the castle of Saint Laurent les Tours.<br>Sunny open spaces and many trees giving shade, tables, chairs, deckchairs...<br>The house is on two levels, the upper one accessible by the courtyard, the lower one accessible by the garden. <br>Weekly rental (minimum 7 nights).<br>Suitable for a family with 3 children or teenagers... or 4 adults who can share the same space... not suitable for receiving a baby.<br>Note that the top of the house is inhabited. The garden and the laundry room are common areas.<br>The studio (so only one room) includes: 1 kitchen area (gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), 1 lounge area with 2 small armchairs and 1 sofa bed 2 places, 1 dining area with 1 round table 5 seats, 2 beds 160X200 and 1 bed 90X200. A lockable door gives access to the private bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet accessible through the bathroom.<br>Beds made and towels provided, kitchen towels provided.<br>The studio overlooks the garden directly (shared with the inhabitants at the top of the house): panoramic view of 2 valleys and the castle of St Laurent les Tours, large trees giving shade, large tables, chairs and deckchairs...<br>The studio on the ground floor, partly in the cliff, is naturally air-conditioned. Even in hot weather, it does not exceed 25 degrees during the day.<br>No air conditioning, no swimming pool, no jacuzzi. 15 minutes by car from the house, several isolated spots in the river or torrent, for swimming or relaxing day in the cool in hot weather, with very few people (addresses with GPS coordinates on site).<br>At your disposal, the "Planèze book" with all the possible activities around the house: walks, hikes, visits, water activities on the Dordogne (which flows 10 minutes from the house), restaurants etc...<br>This house is my main residence. I welcome you there all year round in temporary accommodation with the locals. <br>It is possible, on certain dates, to rent one or two additional rooms upstairs, with shared bathroom. The upstairs rooms have a large 160 bed, a desk, a wardrobe.<br>Are you looking for a quiet place, in the countryside, with 5 beds, a large plot of land not overlooked? You don't need air conditioning, swimming pool or jacuzzi? Then my house might please you!<br>The organisation of parties is not possible, due to the rooms in private homes upstairs. A calm atmosphere is the rule, a silent atmosphere from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.<br><br>
