Enjoy breathtaking views of the picture-perfect Grand Strand beach from the living room screened balcony or the master suite balcony of this immaculate, third floor condo. Just across the street from the ocean, you are close enough to open the master suite balcony door and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in the background.


This spacious top floor unit sleeps 6-8 adults comfortably and features many extras:

Was a decent place the elevator worked most of the time and the pool gates were iffy at best with the code to let you in or out. Alot of hoa rules that most places dont have up and down the beach but overall i would stay again

Trip to Myrtle

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible beach condo and it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with breathtaking ocean views and a beautifully decorated, spotless interior. The condo is spacious, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. The location is unbeatable - just steps away from the beach, which made it easy to spend our days swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the stunning sunrises. We also loved the proximity to local restaurants, shops, and attractions. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and responsive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The balcony became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening drinks! Overall, this beach condo is a true gem and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious beach vacation!

Perfect Location close to everything

This 3rd floor condo is located across the dead-end street (a block) from the ocean. There are restaurants/bars in walking distance. Kroger is only a mile and a half and Walmart two and a half miles. You don't even have to go out to the main road to get there. The place is clean and works well for 4 Adults and 2 little ones. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There is even a second fridge, which we used to keep our drinks cold. The screened in balcony is a big plus. You can sit out there and enjoy the fresh air without having to worry about bugs. Communicating with the property owner is a breeze - she is very responsive and helpful.

Nice Condo

We stayed here as a family of 8. There was plenty of room for us. The extra half bath was useful and the shower water pressure was amazing! The dishwasher works great. It is close to the beach, easy walk across the street. We were there over the 4th so we saw fireworks from our balconies. Parking was never an issue, 2 spots were always open for us to park. We bought a linens package and received only 8 towels for the week, so there was a lot of laundry being done each day. Full size washer and dryer was helpful, but the dryer takes a long time to dry even a few towels. Issues with the property, no fault of the owners, were the very warm pool, hot tub has been removed, and we were stuck in the elevator for about 20 minutes. I give a rating of 4.5. We had a great time.

Fantastic Find!

We recently stayed at this beachfront condo and it was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better Experience. Stepping out the sliding glass door led us straight to a beautiful balcony with a ocean view and easy access to the beach. Speaking of the beach, access was a breeze! Just a short walk down a path and we were sinking our toes into the soft sand. The condo even had beach chairs and a cooler for our use, which was a huge plus. When we weren't building sandcastles or catching waves, we were taking refreshing dips in the sparkling pool. It was the perfect way to cool off after a day in the sun. But this condo wasn't just about the beach life. The convenience factor was amazing too. There's a corner store right next door, which was perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks. Plus, there were several restaurants within walking distance, offering a variety of cuisines to choose from. We loved not having to worry about getting in the car for every meal. Overall, this beachfront condo was the ideal getaway spot. It offered the perfect combination of relaxation, fun, and convenience. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beach vacation!

The property was very clean, lots of room for 5 adults and a 6 year old. The major attractions I.e. barefoot landing, boardwalk and broadway etc. all within short driving distance. The linen package was well worth the price.

Pelican Landing baseball week

Everything was great! But my son and daughter-in-law were going to use the pull out couch but the 1st night we opened it to put sheets on it we discovered there was a bunched up mattress cover under and behind where the bed pulls out and it appeared that no one had cleaned under it or behind it for a long time. Some of the springs were broken. They had to make do the 1st Night but the next day they had to go to Walmart to buy an air mattress and slept on the floor the rest of the week. Disappointed but didn’t ruin are trip at all. Location was amazing, had access road right across the street. I was great to have an elevator.

Why they chose this property

We chose this condo because of its location on Shore Drive. Shore Drive is a dead end street with only local traffic yet still at the beach. Our condo has a nice view of the ocean but on the street side of Pelican's Landing where there is a bigger pool, children's play area and nice picnic area with charcoal grills and picnic tables.
