Cambria’s has wonderful restaurants, boutiques and art galleries within close proximity of the home. You’ll also enjoy easy access to picturesque hiking trails and the beach is a quick 5-10 min drive away.
The large living and dining room is great for families and friends to lounge, play games or watch tv. Cooking is made simple in the kitchen that is fully stocked with cooking necessities and new appliances. The bedrooms are all generously-sized with ceiling fans. There is a lovely, expansive, pet-friendly fenced yard and patio.
Within this quiet neighborhood you will see many people during the day for a stroll with their dogs. Cambria Pines Lodge is just across the street, where you can find good food, drinks and live music.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used/soiled towels in the bathtub. Remove sheets and pillowcases from used beds, place in laundry basket in garage.
Trash day is Monday. If you are here or leaving on Sunday, please roll the cans to the street. If you brought a pet, please pick up any poop and place in the gray garbage bin.
Please wash and return all dishes/pots/pans. Place dishes in dishwasher and start it before leaving. Please clean BBQ after use
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep dogs off the furniture and not in or on people beds. We provide dog sheets to cover the couches or beds, please utilize them.
Please do not leave your pet inside the house alone. If notice is not given and fee is not paid prior to check-in a $150 fee will be charged.
I ask my guests follow the Golden Rule when staying at our home, the house should be left in the same condition as each guest finds it.

The Rose Sisters

The inside was simple with cheap furniture and clean. Although there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and under coffee pot hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The outside really is a eyesore. Brought my dogs which was nice but the back corner the fence is falling apart and I had to try to fix so they didn't get out. The garage curtain as you drive up very old and tacky. The Blinds in livrm were broke. The rest all over are ridiculous to work. Ali getting ahold of me 2 days into our stay thanking me for bring trash cans in. I felt like we were being watched every minute. Then again 3rd night already saying now remember to do this and that. It ruined my stay and stressed me out. LEAVE YOUR GUEST ALONE !!!!! I will never stay here again for the price it's a rip off.

If you had such terrible problems during your stay, you should have told me about it so we could have fixed or addressed the problem. There are many photos online and if you did not like the decor or backyard, you should not have reserved the house. Also, stating you brought your dogs. This was not stated and I was not notified prior to your arrival. There is a Fee associated to bringing pets, my house rules state this. My listing also states I have a front doorbell camera. I use it as security for my home, if this makes you uncomfortable I suggest you not book houses with one. I do not feel sending a thank you or sending checkout instructions are overwhelming.

A Cambria Hideaway

We enjoyed this spacious newly renovated house in a great neighborhood with all the amenities of home. My Scotty dog loved having a fenced in yard to run around too. A great place for the entire family!

We were not blown away, but we were comfortable. Front and back yards both need some TLC. The place was clean. We didn't like that we had to strip the beds and such. We felt the cleaning fee should have covered that.

Gem for folks with dogs

While the house doesn't look like much on the outside, it is clearly newly fixed up on the inside. Very nice decor and very clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable. Having a fenced in backyard was great to play with the pups in and they had some fun family games (large Jenga, corn hole). The actual location doesn't have that same "beach house get away" feel as it's more of a distance from the beach than we usually rent. But for the ability to bring our pups and the quality of the house inside we would definitely return!

Gorgeous Home with a Beachy Vibe!

My college roommates and I stayed at this beautiful home, which we all agreed was the best we've ever stayed at! The beds were all so comfortable, as well as the cozy couches in the living room. This freshly renovated home is so clean and well-stocked. As an HGTV addict, I felt as this home was on one of the shows I've seen with it's coastal feel and clean lines. The owner, Ali, was wonderful with communication and very prompt at getting back to us. We will definitely be staying again!!

This cozy home offers relaxation after a long day spent at the beach, wine tasting or shopping the boutique stores.
