Resort-style studio efficiency at The Inn Resort at Little Harbor in Ruskin with lagoon view. It's a heavenly hideaway spot for your winter escape, a weekend getaway or just mixing a little pleasure into your business trip. Why stay at a boring business hotel when you can come home each night to a sunset on the beach and have dinner and drinks at a restaurant/bar on the beach w/ live music every night. The beach is just steps away, across the street. This is a first floor unit with water view. It has a full bath, kitchen w/ large refrigerator, HDTV cable TV, Wifi, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. This unit has a queen bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 3 adults.

Remember this is privately managed unit and you should contact us directly for any problems. We are not a hotel business and do not provide routine cleaning. Please reuse the towels and wash them with your laundry as needed. Many of our guests are 5-star rated and we take pride in having more than 80% 5-star ratings from our guests. We are responsive and will do our best to take care of any problems to ensure your stay is comfortable. Please be courteous and take care of our place as you would your own. If you use the dishes, please wash them.

You can make this your relaxing home-base while you explore The Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Sarasota.

All the units at The Inn Resort are privately owned and many are managed by the rental program, but our units are managed privately by us and you should contact us directly (not the lobby) for any problems. We have upgraded many of our units and added our personal touches to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Please understand that we are not a hotel business and do not provide routine cleaning service. Please reuse the towels and feel free to wash the towels with your laundry as needed. If you need your unit serviced again, we charge $65 /cleaning as that is what we pay our cleaner. There are cleaning supplies in the unit for you to use as needed. We love our guests. Many of our guests are 5-star rated guests and we take pride in the fact that we get more than 80% 5-star ratings. We are responsive to your needs so feel free to contact us for any problems. We will do our best to take care of any problems. Please take care of our place as if it is your own. If you use the dishes, please wash them.

The unit was good but not the unit in the pic advertised, it was clean and very hassle free, the landlords provided coffee ( a major plus) and the resort is very relaxing, lots of friendly staff and interesting people and activities

Items of concern include:1. On two of seven mornings, at 7 am, the grounds workers ran leaf blowers right up to the front and back doors. When asked why, I was told they start work at 7 am. Really? There's no other work they could do that wouldn't include using leaf blowers at 7 am?2. Large burner on stove was broken.3. Very musty odor.4. Two of the three shower dispensers, body wash and conditioner, were empty. 5. Fry pans are badly damaged. They need replaced as using them in their current condition is unhealthy. 6. The bathroom sink has no way to plug the drain. 7. There was no dish cloth for washing dishes nor hand towels to fry dishes.Items that were favorable included:1. Bed was comfortable.2. Shower worked well.3. In general, the rooms were cleaned, as were the fridge and stove.4. Location to restaurants, pools, exercise, pier, beach, etc. was favorable.5. AC/heater/air worked well.

We reached out to ask how to check in and the mgr upgraded us to a second floor unit with a better view. With no front desk to check in, it took me a little bit to find the stairwell to the 2nd floor, and the code worked. The property mgr was very responsive. We didn't use the amenities bc it was a quick stay for thanksgiving with family down the street. But it seemed as nice as a hotel for the same price, especially since the area was hit with heavy hurricanes the month before but they seemed to have recovered.

This was awful they canceled my reservation

I flew in from Maryland to see my pregnant girlfriend for her fathers 50th birthday with friends and family only to find out my reservation was canceled terrible lack of communication not only that I booked this a week ago having said that I’ve never ever had a reservation that’s been canceled last minute like this especially with my pregnant girlfriend who I was surprising! Lack of leadership and incompetence on your agency booking I will never book through your so called company again
