Great quiet location well equipped flat
Highly recommend this property. Exclusive safe, easily accessible London Sloan Square neighborhood combined with everything you need in a rental. From my first enquiry to my departure the owner was very responsive and helpful. The flat, located on the Thames embankment in Chelsea,is extremely quiet. The mattress was the best I had on my recent trip to the UK, and the flat has everything you could need. Tesco Express grocery is 5 minute walk. Frequent bus routes run on 3 nearby routes and Sloane Square tube is 10 minute walk. Easy access to any location in London. I used the Barclay's loaner Bikes every day. Local cafés to 3 star Michelin restaurants provide lots of dining choices and shopping varies from designer stores to Zara's. I enjoyed watching the cricket at Burton Square as well as biking through many West End neighborhoods. I stayed for 3 weeks and will definitely return.

Fantastic place to stay
I stayed in this wonderful apartment for one week with my 10 years old daughter and we loved it. When we arrived we were amazed by the view out of bedroom. Being used to the hotels in UK, I would say this 1 bedroom apartment is not just big; it is HUGE and very nicely decorated. In the evening we enjoyed sitting in the reception room, listening to music and exchanging our experiences of the day. The bed was very-very comfortable and we both slept very well. The area is fantastic, we walked a lot along the Themes and also just around this prestigious area. I would highly recommend this flat. The reception was very nice - thank you very much for the flowers and all the information you provided!!!

Wonderful Flat in Great London Location
You can see the Thames River from the livingroom window of this lovely, clean and cozy flat. There is also a beautiful view from the rear bedroom window where all you can see are gardens and trees. It it on the first floor so very easy to access, is fully stocked and only a block away from a convenient food market. There is a short walk to shopping, pubs and numerous transportation points. The flat is located in a very nice, upscale part of town, primarily residential, on a cul de sac, away from any road noise. We stayed for a month and enjoyed walking and using public transportation all over London. We felt very safe in this perfectly located area. Susana, the owner, was very helpful and easy to get in touch with should we need anything. My husband and I loved our stay in this beautiful flat and hope to stay there again.

A quiet little gem
My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. The flat is in a lovely row of brick buildings next to the Royal Hospital grounds where the Chelsea Flower show is held. We were met by a very nice woman who explained how all the appliances worked and where things were stored. It's the perfect size for 2 people, very clean and bright and was quiet at night. The neighborhood is just lovely, full of wonderful buildings to look at. We felt perfectly safe everywhere we walked. The Tescos grocery that's a block away is fairly small but there's a nice Waitrose grocery on the King's Road at Flood Street that has a much larger selection. The apartment has lots of shopping bags to use and on Saturdays there's a wonderful outdoor market at the Duke of York Square on the King's Road. The flat is just across the Thames from Battersea Park, a wonderful place for walking and you can get on one of the river taxis at the Battersea Pier for a fantastic ride thru London- we took it to Greenwich to visit the Royal Observatory. The flat is only a couple of tube stops from the Victoria & Albert museum, the Natural History museum and the Royal Albert Hall. If you want to have the experience of living as a Londoner does, we highly recommend staying at this flat!

Wonderful pied a terre in Chelsea!
This is our second time staying in this flat. It is very well set up, in an excellent location and the bedroom at the back is very quiet. It is so nice to have the full sitting room in which to enjoy meals and to relax. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is set up with everything needed to make meals. We also enjoyed reading the books in the bookcase on Secret London! The owner is very responsive and helped immediately with our questions to figure out how to use UK appliances. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Perfect London Home Away From Home!
This is a well-appointed flat that lets you enjoy living in the heart of London, in a very quiet and tastefully decorated, spacious flat. The kitchen has all the amenities needed, and everything worked fine. The bathroom is updated with a large shower and plenty of hot water. The bedroom was very quiet and the bed comfortable with very nice quality duvet and sheets. We appreciated that Susana left a shopping cart so we were able to walk the few blocks to a choice of several grocery stores. We would defintely return to this flat for its location, size, decor, quiet, and as Susana was so nice to deal with. We had a lovely 2 weeks there in January 2017, and felt right at home. We look forward to returning! Thank you Susana!

Great flat and great hostess
We stayed for 7 nights in September in Susana’s lovely flat in a convenient part of London. Susana was extremely responsive and helpful to us in making our reservation and subsequently during and after our stay when we wanted some assistance. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need for a very comfortable holiday. It is well located to Kings Road and buses and Sloan Station tube station. Thanks again, Susana, and we will contact you again for our next stay in London.

Quiet, convenient, and spacious
My husband and I stayed for a week in the beginning of November. Loved the residential neighborhood of Chelsea. Very nice about 10 minute walk to Kings Road and about the same to Sloan Square. Though the building is near the major road along Thames there is not one bit of noise in this apartment, which is set back on a crescent Road with the bedroom in the back facing a large amount of open green space. Susana was very responsive and easy to deal with in all the arrangements. The unit itself has a very nice modern bath and kitchen. The Bedroom and Living space are at opposite ends of the entry hall so that helps if someone wants to sleep in. Everything is comfortable and well equipped, with obvious thought put into providing everything one might need. I highly recommend. Nice all around! Check out Physics Garden and Surprise Pub nearby.

Just Perfect
Hello Susana, We had the pleasure of occupying your lovely apartment in Embankment Gardens for a week in May. I had made the accommodation bookings and was relieved to find the property so beautifully appointed and well positioned. Everything was clean, well supplied with the basic necessities and wonderfully quiet. We woke to the morning birdsong from the trees and meadow beneath the bedroom window, belying the fact we were near central London, within an easy walk to Sloane Square. The apartment being on the entry level was a bonus too as we were no light travellers! Thanks also to your cleaner for attending us with such a late arrival, and instructing us on the apartment heating, washing machine etc. This was our first experience with this sort of rental and it went perfectly, a lovely start to our holiday. We also enjoyed a visit to the Physics Garden just up the road, a must see for gardeners or those interested in natural remedies and their history. We are very happy to recommend your apartment to our friends and family with complete confidence. Our best regards, Alan & Margaret, Mid North Coast, Australia

As Lawrence Welk would have said, "Wonderful, wonderful"!
This flat has everything you'd want for a London stay. Its location is superb. The flat is well appointed and nicely decorated. There is a small library of tourist information on a desk in the front room, if you're so inclined. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is modern and nicely decorated. We had free use of the telephone. The owner is easy to get in touch with and communication was a snap. We were met at the flat by a property manager who oriented us to the flat and the neighborhood. The unit is quiet and comfortable and just a brief walk to public transportation. There is a washer/dryer in the unit! That was a big deal for us because we were traveling light for a long trip and really appreciated the availability of an in-suite laundry facility. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in London. Check out Asian restaurant at 305 Kings Road, within walking distance. Reasonably priced and great food!

Perfect Chelsea Flat
I agree with everything that has already been said, so I'll try to expand on some of the compliments. The shower was large and had great water pressure. The powerful exhaust fan cleared out the steam quickly and could also add cool air quickly if needed. There was a lot of counter space for toiletries. The towel warmer was a welcome delight. The accordion wall make-up mirror and hair dryer were appreciated. The built-in wardrobe closet with drawers and mirrors provided plenty of space for clothing and made the bedroom feel larger and lighter. I loved that I was able to open the bedroom windows when needed and the only sound I heard were birds in the early morning. The bedroom and living room are separated by a long hallway which created privacy when needed. The living room furniture was comfortable and clean. The landline was a big plus for us as we did not have our cell phones and we needed to call for a 5 a.m. taxi. The internet speed was good. The street was very quiet and we felt very safe. It was the best flat we have rented so far in our travels in Europe. Susana was also wonderful to rent from - she responded to all of my emails with speed and grace. Thanks, Susana, for providing a spacious flat that was super clean and met our every need.

Wonderful Chelsea Flat
Just returned from a holiday week in London, where I stayed in this lovely flat. Located on a quiet circle off the main thoroughfare, it provides a pleasant haven in this busy city. The location is an upscale neighborhood with easy access to all the cultural aspects of London. The only place I know where there are two Gordon Ramsay restaurants (one a Michelin three star) within a five minute walk. Bus service is just around the corner, running to Victoria Station with access to tube and rail to the Ciry and beyond. Cabs are prevalent within a block or two. A Tesco convenience/grocery is nearby, providing all the requirements for my meals and personal needs. The flat is spotlessly clean, well-furnished and spacious. The kitchen is new, with all appliances, plus china and cooking utencils. Internet access is fast, and the living/dining room is well furnished and comfortable. The bedroom is good-sized with a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The bath is large and in excellent condition. This is now my "go-to" place in London!

Great Flat in Chelsea, London
My wife and I recently spent almost five weeks in this flat. The bedroom, with plenty of storage space, is very quiet and looks out over picturesque gardens. The kitchen is compact but well equipped, with plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glassware. The living/dining room is comfortable and attractive, with a table and chairs for six. The entire flat is attractively furnished and tastefully decorated by the owner, giving it a warm homelike feel. The fast, reliable internet connection was a big plus for us. There is a small supermarket a short five minute walk away and the Kings Road with two larger supermarkets, and numerous cafes, restaurants and upscale shops is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The owner is very helpful and very responsive to any question or request. An added bonus is the weekly cleaning service! The neighborhood is quiet and charming. We highly recommend this rental flat.

London home away from home
This very attractive apartment was our London home away from home (Melbourne, Australia) for 6 weeks, during the summer of 2011. Compact, clean, full of light and well equipped, the apartment is located in a nice and well maintained older building, in one of the best residential areas of this wonderful city. It is close to the river, Battersea Park, Chelsea Physic Garden, supermarkets, public transport, and to cinemas, shops and eateries on King’s Rd. We particularly appreciated the quiet, lovely bedroom with its garden views, the relatively large shower recess and the quietness of the washer/dryer in the kitchen. Thanks Susana and Mary for your help throughout our stay. We will definitely come again.

Lovely
This is indeed a charming flat. The location on the Chelsea Embankment is wonderful. The back of the flat looks out on the lovely gardens of the Chelsea Royal Hospital. I bird watched while in London! We loved walking along the Thames and across the Thanes to Battersea Park. Chelsea itself is fun to explore. (Oscar Wilde lived a block away. Sir Henry Moore, Carlyle, and Whistler close by. Buses and the tube are convenient. The owner was very helpful. Highly recommeded.

Location is great
The flat is really nice and comfortable. The bathroom is big, the kitchen is fully functional, and the location is in a fabulous area. It is a couple of minuets walking distance to all the great shops as well as the Sloane Square station. You can also take the bus which is right across the street of the house. The area is prestigeous and quiet. It was nice to come back to the flat after a long day in the city and just unwind. I recommend staying here anytime. This is where i would come back if i come to London again.

Amazing apartment I highly recommend
I spent one week in this apartment. I loved it. It's light with high ceilings and is beautiful. I was a tourist for that week and every day after a couple museums or shopping it was a joy to come "home" to. The bathroom is gigantic, the kitchen very functional, the bed extremely comfortable and the location attractive and safe. It's not in a high traffic area (very happy about that) but there is a bus about a block away that I took quite often. It felt like a in-town neighborhood not the hustle and bustle of a big city. The owner is wonderful the maid who met us and gave a cursory rundown of how electronics/keys work was very nice and helpful. I can't say enough. I was traveling Europe for a month and this was my favorite experience. Oh and the Tesco really is very close.
