Great location and great size

This clean spacious apartment is easy walking distance from the palace and very close to some good restaurants. We had 4 adults and 3 children and it worked perfectly for us.

Short trip to Versailles

Our stay was incredible. The apartment was clean, bright, and spacious. The location is great - close to the chateau and gardens and stores. Loic (owner) was incredibly helpful - he was so accommodating and welcoming. He knows we like horses and even offered to take us to the stade de France. Definitely 5 stars, and I hope we can visit again!

Location was very good. We had problems connecting to the internet, contacted host. He never replied until the day we were leaving. The cleanliness and overall condition of the property was not good. The walls had peeling paint, many of the light bulbs in the hallways were burned out. The bath linens were thin and dingy looking, making you wonder if they were clean. In fact the cleaning person arrived when we’re dropping off our luggage. He arrived on a motor scooter with no sign of clean bed and bath linens. We were also there when he left, again we saw no sign of dirty bed & bath linens being taken with him. This raised questions with us, that he did not change the bed linens between guest. I absolutely Would Not Recommend this property based on the

Some times and despite the fact that you always have positive comments on our appartment for now 2 years... we have a customer who is not satified wit all the items... In this case, it is so difficult to convince them.. In factt, from the start they tried to negociate an early arriving then to leave one night before the booking.... Difficult then to deal with all these demands. I just note that nobody has suffer from any wifi troubles at this stage as well as nobody claimed on the the cleaning and so... It seems Cathy might be a non smiling and positive personn and I can do anythings on this purpose :)

Great location, but….

Located close to the palace and in a quiet courtyard; however, we were missing a door handle to the master bedroom and when the door shut we could not get into the room where our luggage and my shoes were. Our host was unable to get anyone to fix the situation that day so I had to get a screwdriver and remove a handle from another room to get into the room where our luggage, master bed, etc were located. We also did not have internet until shortly before our departure. Our “host” took no responsibility for the door and refused to consider a discount for the inconvenience, although he did comp parking for a friend who visited for a few hours. Overall I’d look elsewhere in the hopes of better hosting.

la ligne de l'opérateur a été coupé car ils effectuaient des travaux. Le Wifi a donc été coupé. J'ai trouvé une box wifi de rechange et ai proposé à Luke de passer la brancher mais Luke n'a pas souhaité que je vienne l'installer. Les précédents locataires ne m'ont jamais remonté l'info d'une serrure manquante à une porte !! Je constate que Luke m'a informé du problème après avoir démonté lui même une serrure... qui, du coup, n'existe plus sur cette porte ! Au premier soir, j'avais tout de même tout de suite proposé à Luke de lui offrir le parking pour son ami. Luke avait apprécié la proposition immédiate Enfin, l'appartement a été rendu dans un état détestable avec des sacs poubelles partout dans l'appartement. Les enfants ont pris leur repas dans leur lit. les couettes sont toutes à passer au pressing... Jusqu'à présent, toutes les notations de nos locataires et quelques soient la plateforme de réservation, toutes les appréciations ont toujours été totalement satisfaite... Disons alors que Luke est probablement un client ... atypique :)

Wunderschöne und unglaublich saubere Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Versailles! Der private Parkplatz war super. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Ses atouts sont : Son positionnement proche du château, sa superficie largement suffisante pour nous 6 ( 3 chambres ),son calme, le parking ( mais avec supplément ) et la procédure d'arrivée. Les petits points à améliorer : lits de 70 , pas de clim et quelques petits détails de finition ( wc ). C'est quand même l'endroit idéal pour poser ses valises quand vous désirez visiter Versailles ( la ville et le château ). Merci à Loic qui est extrêmement réactif.

Die Wohnung war okay aber Küche (inklusive Inventar) und Bäder sind Renovierungsbedürftig. Tiefgarage pro Tag 12 dazu buchbar.
