Spacious and bright, new gîte, occupying the ground floor of this independent house (unoccupied floor). Environment of meadows and woods, walks from the cottage. View of Mount Baigurra (897 meters) where there is a leisure base: paragliding departure, mountain biking, catering, hiking and possibility of taking a small train to climb to the top (5 km by car). Large living room 60 m2 with bay windows opening onto the covered terrace. -Equipped kitchen area (induction hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher). Dining Area. -Adjoining storeroom (washing machine) -Living room (sofas, TV, internet connection box 4 G in wifi) -1 bedroom (1 bed 160). Bed made for your arrival and towels provided. 1 foldable cot (umbrella bed). -Bathroom with bath and shower. Separate toilets. Carport. South terrace equipped with garden furniture and electric plancha. Sun bathing. Small open ground opening onto meadows. Cows, sheep, hens nearby. Agricultural shed. 1 house at the back of the gite (no vis-à-vis).
