Gîte renovated in 2019, located on the 2nd floor of the owners' house on the edge of the road linking Espelette to St Pée-sur-Nivelle. Equipped kitchen (top fridge, washing machine, microwave, 2-burner ceramic hob), dining area on high table with stools, 2 convertible armchairs, TV. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Shower room/wc. Electric heating included. Balcony with table and chairs. Small shared unfenced land, open courtyard, private parking. A stone's throw from the village of Souraide and 2.5km from Espelette. A cozy little nest for two very close to Espelette
