Welcome to La Clairière de Biscarrosse, designed for relaxing stays, as a couple, with friends or with children.



As soon as you walk through the door, you will discover a recently renovated modern villa, on one level, where each room invites you to rest.



Four bedrooms, nine beds, two bathrooms: enough space for everyone to find their own bubble, and enough common rooms to meet up in the evening for a drink.



The real heart of the house is outside. The wooden terrace extends the living room to the heated swimming pool, where you can dive on sunny days and even when the sky cools.





The enclosed garden, perfectly secure for children, also hosts a petanque court for long afternoons and a barbecue for summer evenings. The outdoor shower, practical when returning from the beach, completes the picture.





In terms of equipment, everything is provided: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine), high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and discreet home automation that controls lights, shutters and heating at your fingertips.

Each bedroom (and kitchen) has USB-C and USB-A outlets, leave chargers at home (and just take the cables along).





For families with babies, we have thought of everything: two high chairs, bathtub, and a travel cot are at your disposal.





And the location? You are in a quiet housing development in the heart of the village: shops, restaurants and the market are nearby.





Allow 10/15 minutes by car for the beaches and lakes, 30 minutes for the Dune du Pyla, and the Bassin d'Arcachon is never far away.
