Detached old house with 2 terraces + garden, 350 m from the sea.

The former, renovated in 2014, fisherman's house is located in the old town center of Crikvenica in a quiet side street. It stands on a hill and was built right into the hillside, so that it even in summer is usually pleasantly cool in the building (for very hot days but there is also an air conditioner). The house has 65m² of living space.

There are two bedrooms with parquet floor, a large kitchen (tiled) and a tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a garden, two covered with climbing plants, shady terraces and a sun terrace. One of the terraces, on a cozy seating area is, offers a beautiful sea view.

Equipment:
The kitchen is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen with oven and ceramic hob with four burners, There is a hood, a dishwasher, a fridge / freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle. In addition, of course, sufficient crockery and cutlery and all necessary cooking utensils.

The adjoining living area is a large dining table with three chairs and a bench (6 seats). Furthermore, a three-seater sofa that can be opened when needed to a sofa bed. The place
Crikvenica (11 000 inhabitants) is the center of the Riviera of Crikvenica and Vinodol and the popular vacation spot of the Kvarner Bay.
