In the heart of Chalons en Champagne, also known as "the sparkling Venice", come and discover our beautiful region, rich in heritage, culture and gastronomy. You will be a stone's throw from the city centre, the Circus School and the jard (wooded park with various activities).

The town centre with its shops is located a few hundred metres away, You can enjoy walks along the canal or the marl.

The 160m2 gîte is located on the ground floor of the owners' dwelling and comprises a large living/dining room with a bar area equipped with a dartboard and pinball machine.
You will also find a fully equipped kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms including 2 double bedrooms (each with a 160 cm bed) and a third triple bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a trundle bed.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed.
The cottage also has two bathrooms with toilets and a sauna.
Wifi and fibre internet, tv (orange channels, and chromecast).
Outside, the cottage also has a petanque court.
The rental price includes sheets (beds made on arrival), towels and utilities (heating and electricity).
The end-of-stay cleaning package is additional at the price of 80€.
