Beautifully furnished 3 years young home in Jamesport, NY! Heated saltwater pool and 1.5 miles to sandy Peconic Bay beach. Vineyard, equestrian center, farms and The Dimon Estate down the street. Just a short walk to Jitney, town, restaurants and shops. Fully fenced yard - dog friendly on a case by case basis. Open concept kitchen/dining room with stainless steel appliances, 1st floor en suite master, dedicated work space, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and fully finished basement with family room, washer/dryer and exercise equipment. Central air, gas grill and outdoor dining and beach parking pass completes the picture for a wonderful family summer getaway. No groups or shares, no large parties and no smoking.
