Sailors house is a traditional stone built house in the center of the well known village Rakalj. It is the place where you find Istrian tradition, great hospitality and beautiful nature in one place. Sailors house has it's own courtyard with two parking spaces, olive garden and external stone built shower. Outside there is also a toilet, sink and a washing machine.
The house is 70 m2 big, it has ground floor, 35m2, with living room, kitchen, bathroom, stairs and a fireplace. On a first floor, also 35 m2, there are two bedrooms and a small hall.
The house is traditionally decorated, stone + wood, with many ornaments like old sewing machine, navy knots, ship barometers, recalling to the great maritime history of Rakalj. Also it is fully equipped with TV SAT and WiFi connection on demand.

Sailor's house unique values are vicinity of the village center with still peaceful olive garden. The house is a real Istrian tradition when it comes to the architecture and decoration. It also has a small garden where you can pick traditional Mediterranean herbs like rosemary and lavander.

What makes this property unique

We really do care about our guests. Every year we create few new amenities at Sailor's house. This year we are building an outside grill place and some wooden deck chairs :)
Each our guest can experience an unique activity. We offer you personally guided bike, kayak, snorkeling, horse riding, adrenaline tour, hand made baked read and organization of several summer concerts and fests!
