Beachfront Condo with heated pool -2 bedroom

Great vacation spot and a perfect place for a weekend getaway. Master bedroom has king size bed/ balcony overlooking Atlantic city skyline. Master bath has a jacuzzi bathtub. 2nd bedroom has a queen and twin bed. New comfortable mattresses! Living room has a pull out queen size couch. Kitchen fully equipped. White sandy beaches, great restaurants, minutes to Borgata or Harrah's casino. Concerts. Entertainment. Fishing. Our condo is sunny and decorated with a beach theme with all the comforts of home. WiFi. 2 large Smart screen tv with Comcast cable. Easy 1st floor move in/move out. Minutes to outlet shopping in Atlantic city. Guests will receive 2 parking tags for the parking lot. Street parking is available for any additional vehicles. Guests must park in designated 30 minute spots until parking tag is hung on the rear view mirror.
The family pool is heated, children with swim diapers are not permitted in the family pool. There is a kiddie pool next to the family pool for smaller children and children in swim diapers. There is an additional adult only pool that opens July4th. (Pool tags are included and required)
6 beach passes included. Heated pool open weekends starting Memorial Day till mid Sept. and DAILY from June 19 through Labor Day.

* June THROUGH August rentals are Saturday to Saturday only unless approved by owner.
* No pets per condo association.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start a load of towels; it would greatly expedite the turnover process. Cleaners do not have the time to wait for 2 loads to complete, This is the only way that we can offer towels.
Please make sure that parking passes and keys are put back along with beach and pool passes. There is a $25 charge to replace.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful week at the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in brigantine. The condo had everything we need and plenty of space. The beach was amazing, very large, quiet and calm. Would stay here again!

July 4th stay

My family and I stayed at Olga’s condo for the week of July 4th and we had everything that we needed for comfortable stay. We were a total of 6 (3 adults, 2 kids and a teen) and felt we all had enough space. The pool was heated and was great in the late afternoon/early evening - kids loved it! Olga was great and always very quick to respond. Would recommend!

Great Girls Trip

We came here for a girls weekend and had a great trip! One thing to note is that the heated pool closes basically after Labor Day. We went Sept 15-17 and kinda banked on it being open (it was still warm out) but it wasn’t. It’s alright tho, we went to a hotel w a rooftop pool so it all worked out :). The property was clean and large enough for me and my 4 friends (def could fit another one). It was kinda far from the night life action but that’s alright…. Quick Uber ride :) overall, great place

the unit was extremely clean and had all the things we needed, except a dustpan and brush which would help in picking up sand or other things. finding the correct sheets for each bed was rather difficult. Overall it was a great vacation in a lovely home.

Nice Location

My family & I enjoyed our stay in this condo. The kitchen had everything that we needed. All the furniture throughout was nice & comfortable… the beds were very comfortable, as was were the linens. The little balcony was perfect for morning coffee & quiet time with a book. Bathrooms & bedrooms were spacious as well. Super quiet building & nice family pool. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than I expected, yet it was a pretty walk. There were 3 things that did disappoint us & that was some of the cabinets & utensil drawers weren’t very tidy & clean (crumbs & unorganized.) Both bathrooms yet clean, smelled unfresh (possible urine?) Last issue, I recd an email late Friday afternoon which I didn’t get read until hours later from the owner advising me what needed to be done prior to checkout…strip beds, throw in any used towels & empty all trash. This is pretty much standard, however I was told check out was at 10AM, not 11AM as stated in the info from VRBO! It was also noted on my agreement that I signed when paying my amount due in full! I replied to the owner Olga that 10AM was not the checkout time I signed up for. I did not get a reply. I left her a voicemail message when I did checkout at 1015AM & again no response. She always replied to ALL my responses prior to my rental… but nothing last night or this morning…very disappointed to say the least! I love Brigantine & my family & I make it our yearly vacation spot there, however I won’t be renting this particular condo again due to the above. Barbara S.

Wonderful beach community

Fabulous condo on the beach with beautiful pools. Comfortable condo with everything we needed just steps away from the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean and white sandy beach. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great stay in a beautiful home!

Had a great time here in Brigantine Beach. The neighborhood is awesome (very safe) and the beach is right out the back door of the condo. The apartment was very clean, and everything was in working order. Really nice and enjoyable stay, and the hosts were very responsive. Will definitely look to stay here aging in the future. Atlantic City das okie are a 5-10 min car ride away.

Perfect family getaway

It is very lovely and made us all feel very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time at the beach and around town and just relaxing in the condo. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio every morning. We are very grateful to have found such a lovely place.

What a fantastic condo! We went at the end of September, so the pools were closed ; but the beach didn’t disappoint! It was great that the owner provided beach chairs! Plus, you didn’t “want” for anything!

My kids and I had an amazing time staying here. We had the beach and the pool when the beach got too much for them. It’s quiet, easily walk/drivable to everything you need. Thanks for a great vacation!

Brigantine Beach Condo

This condo was well appointed and everything we needed was there....including the coolest beach chairs. The beach is a short walk and pristine and quiet. Much better then the beaches of AC. The pool was open and a perfect compliment to the beach. Parking and building security were excellent. Overall we had a quiet and relaxing stay.
