This very unique location offers a light and air yet unique style with great ammenities Stainless steel appliances, private washer and dryer, beautiful hardwood floor throughout and the best scenery that Fondren has to offer. It has a front porch with a ceiling fan and a great place to relax in the morning for coffee or afternoon before ending the day.

Great time

We had a great time here. The rooms were nice and clean, and it was only a short commute to work. Our hosts were incredible, and were very understanding when we accidentally locked ourselves out. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Spot

When our lease was up and our contractor wasn’t finished with our renovation, we needed a place to stay. The Upper Level was just as the photos showed and walkable to downtown Fondren! Everything was great and we were able to extend our stay without issue. Thanks!!

Cozy apartment

This apartment is exactly as the pictures show. Comfortable furniture, all the cookware needed, walking distance to restaurants, plenty of towels and bedding, paper products, and extra bathroom supplies in case you forget. Special touches of cold water in refrigerator, coffee, spices, and oil provided in cabinet. Host was quick to respond to messages and gave arrival info in plenty of time. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area!

Nice and convenient location.

Nice updates, but finishing touches were disregarded, which would have improved the aesthetics. Broken and dirty light plates, unprofessional paint job. But, overall, it was a nice place to stay. However, it is right on a busy road, and traffic noise was loud throughout the night and morning. And a train goes through in early morning. It was also very convenient location for the places we needed to go.

Comfortable home conveniently located across the street from great barbecue.

My son and I stayed here while we were visiting colleges in the area. The home is a second floor unit that has its own entryway separate from the bottom unit. There is also a small building in the rear that looks to be an additional unit or storage area. Parking is on the side of the property just across from a wonderful BBQ joint. The home is decorated nicely and the furnishings are comfortable. The space is a bit small but it serves perfectly as a home base for your excursions. Air conditioner works great and there are ceiling fans located in every room needed. The only two concerns were that the refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker weren't working, and that the living room TV was mounted on a wall that didn't allow anyone to really enjoy it without moving the couch to a better vantage. These are easily remedied! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Stay in Jackson

We came to Jackson for game and visit the museums. Due to game on Saturday, there were young men playing football in the street early Saturday morning. House was close to everything we wanted to go. The house was not as clean I would have like it and ate out instead of cooking. There were someone on the first floor was smoking (strong smell) was annoying. Overall the experience was alright.
