Welcome to Josephine in the most sought after area in all of Denver - Cherry Creek North. Hotels 1 block south are $600+/night! The most incredible dining in this entire region of the country & shopping @ Cherry Creek Mall won't be beat. Night-life options abound at Little Ollies, Forget Me Not, Cherry Cricket, Quality Italian, Del Frisco's & more! 100mbps internet free for guest use. 1 dedicated free private parking space. Smoke/vape free inside & out. Minutes from Downtown, 30 to Red Rocks. Owner stays in the upstairs separate apartment with her rescue puppy and family and does work from home - we will encounter one another more than likely or hear one another on occasion :-) Please let us know if things are too noisy! We do our best to keep upstairs noise and voices to a minimum after 10p :-) Additionally something to keep in mind, owner's utility room is on the lower level outside the guest apartment. This home was built in the very early 1900's; one of the original homes in Cherry Creek! Old home charms alongside its quirks. Lower ceilings, creaky wood floors, amazing backyard you're welcome to share! I've made lots of updates over the years, however if you're noise sensitive, a light sleeper, etc this may not be the perfect place for you! Price is reflective of all of these things :-) However, I am always available and happy to accommodate guests as best I can at your request.

Not very hospitable, i.e. requests for toiletries, and it was loud as hell at all hours during the day for our entire stay. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property unless they are fine with constant noise. It seems like the perfect set up for you would be to own a different property that you rent out in this way and not your home because you obviously don't want people in your home.

You brought a dog into my house against rules an I’m still dealing with the mess and furr you left behind by allowing your dog onto all my furniture. You left a massive unflushed mess in the commode. My place was disgusting at your check out. The one time you reached out about any additional items being needed, i responded immediately as i live here. The listing is explicitly stated as “apartment style; i hear you - you hear me”. Read the description next time. You live here locally; you should’ve taken better care and you’re lashing out bc i told you no dogs. I should not be forced to house someone with a dog. This is a major failing of VRBO.

Sara was very responsive and kind during our stay. She turned on the heat and lights for us as we were coming in whilenit was dark out. We felt right at home. The apartment was cozy, warm and inviting. We loved being able to make our own meals in the kitchen which had everything we needed. As noted in the listing you can hear Saras family through the ceiling walking around but it didn’t bother us at all. We felt it would have been the same at any hotel room or apartment on a bottom floor. We would definitely stay here again whilr visiting Denver.

Location location location!!! Walking to lots of restaurants and shopping so nice! Beautiful neighborhood. Basement apartment was totally fine. Everything you need. I did not catch the part that says the ceiling was low in places until after we arrived in Denver… which it was low in the entry area. The height in the apartment itself was fine. Great big bed and bedroom. Nice! We had a great time!
