Absolutely horrible would never stay there again never sent pictures of us telling that the place was under construction. It said it was freshly renovated horrible.

The deck closure/building work was disclosed prior to booking. The listing description clearly states that all decks are closed until further notice while individual inspections/repairs are completed. This information was added to the listing details in October 2025 (as soon as we received notice from the HOA about the planned work) and will be removed from the listing once all repairs are finished.

Beautiful cozy place close to the beach in quiet Cherry Grove area. Love the pools and location. 2nd time staying here. The maintenance of balcony was disappointing but needed to be done. Spacious for us and the kiddos. AC was great during the 105 heat wave! We had all we needed. Toilet in master needs to be repaired. Had to make sure flusher closed to fill up. Washer and dryer very convenient. We had a great time once again. Thank you.

Property is under construction and pictures listed are not up today. The listing should change their description of their condo because the interior doesn’t live up to “recently renovated” Due to construction the main sliding glass door that lets all the light into the living room and kitchen is boarded up. Look for other options around Myrtle beach’s

The very 1st sentence of the listing says ****Effective 10/14/25 all decks will be closed until further notice while individual inspections/repairs are completed**** We understand that you may have overlooked the description when viewing the listing but it was disclosed prior to booking and the property is currently priced at a discounted rate due to the balcony work.

Great family time

Unit was nice and short walk from beach! Pool was a nice addition for the kids. Had a great time. Would definitely stay again. Also the beds were comfortable.

It’s still under construction the balcony is none. It’s boarded up you get no view at all of the outside. They blocked off our entrance to where you had to walk to the other of the building to even enter. Then at 8am was woke up to hammers and nail guns. There was mold in the bathroom the toilet keeps running made a note it gets tangled you have to untangle it every time and the bathtub was stopped up which they did fix. Def not worth the price. The couch is dirty I didn’t even sit on that.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Before you rent this property please be aware that the whole building is under construction. The balcony could not be used at all.-which is pretty inconvenient when you have toddlers who go to bed early and can’t be left alone. Be prepared to sit on a grimy, stained sofa for the rest of the evening or pray that your monitor signal reaches to the pool. The location was fine otherwise. The light in the master bedroom does not work. The bathroom in the master bedroom should be called a toilet closet- it felt like an airplane bathroom.

This was wonderful, convenient condo. We had everything and the we needed and the kitchen was nicely stocked. It was close to the beach and parking was not an issue. We will consider staying here again in the future.

Cozy place at the beach

This place was all I expected. Great location just across the street from the beach, pool access was easy and convenient. Overall I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, no disappointments at all.

Nice condo in Cherry Grove

We enjoyed this condo and having room for our family of 4. The kids room had three beds to choose from and the kitchen and living room area was really nice. Washer and dryer are a bonus! We’ve been coming to Cherry grove for many years and love the location of Marsh Villas. This condo is on the first floor and near the pool. Great spot!

Impromptu Spring Break 2023

This property was very cute, it had 4 rolls of toilet paper a roll of paper towels and each bathroom had us stocked up on towels for our 3 night stay, there was 6 of us 2 adults and 4 kids. The kids enjoyed the pool and out access to the beach was literally steps away. The beach was nice not very crowded and clean. Over all our stay was wonderful!! 5 stars 🌟

Decent

Overall the place was decent. There was an issue with cleanliness when we arrived though. Other than that it was a nice place. It was perfect for two adults and a teenager. The beach was right across the street and easy to get to. There were two pools, but one was closed all week. The area was quiet and family friendly.

Well Appointed Condo

Very nice and convenient ground floor space in mid-Cherry Grove marsh area. Convenient to mostly north end of NMB & Little River areas. Primary bedroom foam mattress (king) needs a platform underneath (not a box spring) or to be completely replaced, extremely uncomfortable. Couple of minor supplies needed (scissors); I replaced broken wooden dish strainer. Overall a very nice comfortable unit. 👍👍

Simply paradise. Beach right across street with Awesomely awesome Sunrises. Place was beautiful and had all we needed for our 11 day stay. The washer and dryer were the best because we came home with clean clothes! The shower was just my big concern for future guests. Make sure mat is used because it was so slippery that I fell right on my back. So happy I only sustained a few bruises and not a broken hip. So PLEASE keep mat in the tub. Beds were comfy. Very spacious but certainly not for 12 people who checked into a unit 2 days before we left and took over the pool. Probably would have been upset if it was the whole trip. Not sure how VRBO let that happen. With that said pools were great. Shade during the day was great for those who don't want lots of Sun. The IGA was walkable every morning for fresh baked Muffins as well as the Cherry Grove Pier. The Marsh walking pathes were nice with a unforgettable Sunset. We have been coming to Myrtle/North Myrtle/Surfside for 30 plus years. Truly loved this place and the location. Toilet in Laundry room sticks and needs a jiggle to fill. Dumpster close and ample parking. Air Conditioning was superb! Nice and cold! Thank you for a great time at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and return if the price is right. Miss it already.

Carolina Beach

Well overall we were not the happiest with this place. The pictures online were definitely amazing and that was what we expected. Upon checkin we arrived early and were told we could possibly get a early check in but never did. After arriving back for our keys, we were given the wrong condo keys and place we were to stay. Once in the condo it smelled like smoke and had sand throughout the carpets. After being in the place for a hour we then discovered 1 out of 3 of the cable boxes worked. The hall to this place had a lot of foot traffic to the pool. The toilet in the master bedroom would continuously run and the bed mattress in the master bed was horrible. After sending a message thru Vrbo someone finally came out by Tuesday to adress some things but even then the cable boxes didn’t work properly and the toilet still ran. One last thing was the air filter to the AC was completely black and didn’t look like it was changed for a long time. Needless to say we will not be coming back to this condo again.

We're not sure what the mix up with the keys would have been because this unit has keyless entry but nonetheless, we appreciate you letting us know that the cable boxes needed to be rebooted, the toilet needed to be fixed, and the filter needed to be changed. When maintenance left, everything was working as it should but if you continued to have issues throughout your stay, we would have been happy to send maintenance back to further address these issues.

Good Location

1-Furniture is very uncomfortable 2-After showering we noticed a lot of dust on the wall 3- the bathroom in the queen room is very very tiny 4- we had drain gnats. We called and they said they would send somebody with traps nobody came we called the next day and then they came with traps. It did help some 5- public access is across the street very close but there is a hill to get onto the beach. It’s not that steep but if you have trouble walking you do not want to use the hill. We paid to park in Public parking. The hill is hard to carry all your stuff back to car 6- The remotes needed batteries but we did not call about that also the TV in the bunk room would not turn on 7-the bunk room has very large furniture so it is hard to move around in that room but the beds were comfy in there 8-we never did hear noise while in the condo 9- The tub has a weird shape so be carful when getting in. It could use some grips on the bottom to help with the tub being slick 10-the pool is nice but not a lot of chairs 11-the kitchen was nice 12- The queen bed is a very soft bed as it has a foam topper it is hard to move once you are in the bed Overall we had a great time and the stay was pleasant

Great place to stay. Absolutely loved the room but be aware that they are doing construction on the outside of the building. It's not the owners fault, they are just doing upgrades. The 2 pools were great. Straight shot to the beach. We would absolutely stay there again. Check in is almost 15 minutes from the room and the lady we delt with was professional but not very courteous, not much of a people person. Overall, I would my stay a 9 out of 10 and would stay here again.
